We couldn't be more pleased with the results: roof was done in one day (was just a new layer of shingles), gutters were done right after that. The crew was a real pleasure to work with and so neat! We could not have been more pleased. Lester and all his crews were wonderful. Their work turned our grungy old house into something new and beautiful. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The job was done quickly and on time. Lester saw to everything. All the construction garbage was cleaned up and the place was left emaculate.. I cannot praise this company enough.

The work was done in timely and professional way. Steve was the manager who initially inspected the roof and gave an estimate. Then the date was set, and day before that date Steve called and confirmed it. Workers came exactly on the scheduled time, then half an hour later Steve came to make inspection and check the workers and supplies. During the working hours head manager Lester also visited and inspected the work site and quality. Steve was on the site several times for as long as it was needed. When work was don he inspected the site to make sure that all discussed points were completed. The crew was knowledgeable and hard working, The head workers Noel and Fernando were skilled, professional and attentive to details (so the rest of the crew) and any small newelly found nuance or issue was addressed to our mutual full satisfaction. The roof is just finished, so on this day I can confirm great look and great work ethic. Steve and Lester promised to take care right away if any problem occurs (hope there will not be any). Reasonable price (not the cheapest but reasonable). I would recommend Classic Remodelling for anybody who needs roof replacement.

Very professional job- highly recommend! Researched several companies and Lester, the owner, was the only one to take the time to sit down and explain everything to me in detail (types of shingles, warranties, options of full tear off vs second layer), which I really valued. Lester made sure that I fully understood the terms of the contract and addressed all of my questions thoroughly. Job was performed promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Used quality GAF-Timberline HD materials. Before the second layer of roofing was applied, the workers did a good job brushing the moss on my roof. Lester dropped by in the middle of the job to check how things were going and to answer any questions I had. He did not charge me until the job was complete and he knew I was satisfied- top notch customer service! I think it was a competitive price for the quality!

Lester was friendly, knowledgeable and always responded promptly. He came himself to give the estimate and explain the process. His crew was courteous and did a great job with a good clean up. I was impressed with the GAF system used by Lester who is certified by them. It comes with a good, guarantee as well. Lester even dropped off some shingle samples so I could pick a color. In this day and age, it was a pleasure to deal with someone who did exactly what he promised!

Job went very well; crew showed up each morning at 7:30 AM and were working by 8:00 AM; the entire job took a day and a half. Either Lester or his Son was on-site each morning or afternoon to ensure that everything was going according to plan. The crew was very impressive and professional through out. I would definitely recommend them and/or hire them myself again. Excellent!

Classic Remodeling did an excellent job. The owner, Lester, explained everything up front: Time, materials, warranty, and cost. His crew ripped off the existing roof and gutters and went right to work. There was a lot of damage in 3 areas on the existing roof. He fixed them at no additional cost, as promised. The skylights look beautiful and the gutters were placed in a manner as to reduce water flow towards the foundation. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the owner of the company when he sat down to give us an estimate and review the job. He was up front and open about everything, explained everything very well and answered all questions we had. His workers were on-time, very professional, and did an excellent job. The cost of the job was in line with other estimates we received . They took the time to protect our property before doing the job and to clean up thoroughly after the job was completed. We would highly recommend this company to all of our friends if they ever need roofing done.

I was very pleased with this Classic Remodeling and highly recommend them. I used them to replace my roof. I found Classic on the GAF web site as a certified installer and also on Angie’s list. I contacted building inspectors I know in two towns and they also said they had seen no issues when people in their towns used Classic. Also, I discussed their performance with six of Classic’s references in my town. All were pleased. I had many problems with my previous roof so I was very selective when picking a contractor and received six quotes. Classic’s price was in the middle of the prices I received. I purchased the life time warranty from GAF which you can only get from a certified installer. I also reviewed all of the installation videos and manuals available on the GAF web site so I could assure the job was done properly. The installers were very knowledgeable and followed the GAF procedures. They were very agreeable to answering my questions while they were doing the installation. The owner Lester and his son were pleasures to work with. Lester thoroughly explained the roofing process and my options. He was very patient. There was no pressure at all. Because my previous roof was leaking Lester was able to schedule installation the following week. He sent enough people to strip the existing roofing shingles, install 12 sheets of new plywood, and install the roof on my house in one day. Two people came back the next half day to install shingles on my garage and fix siding. When they were done they asked me inspect the job to verify everything was OK. They had one person on the ground cleaning up at all times. They used the magnetic sweeper many times to get almost all of the nails off the lawn and driveway. Lester and his son also inspected the job after completion with me to assure I was satisfied.

Lester met us promptly and explained everything that needed to be completed. Gave us options for replacing skylight and also if we wanted roof on the shed replaced to match home. The workers arrived when they were supposed to and left the property spotless. In one day the entire roof was ripped off and replaced along with the skylight and shed roof. I would recommend Lester to anyone who needs a reputable contractor at their home. We will be using him again for windows. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job.

The owner is Lester Waxman..I have done some work with them and I am very satisfied. (They did an)) excellent job (and their) pricing was very competitive. Everything was performed to satisfaction. Lester is very nice (and he provided) very responsive follow up on the job. (I have) only good things to say.

The crew was prompt and worked quickly and efficiently to replace our roof. Lester was very thorough in answering all questions prior to the job starting. We needed several layers of roof removed, new sheathing, and shingles, as well as work on our gutters. Everything went just as expected and was done on time and cost what was quoted. Lester and his team did great work and we would definitely hire them again (although with their excellent warranty, hopefully we won't have to)!

Classic Remodeling replaced our gutters last year. They were reasonably priced and efficient, and their work was excellent. Upon my inquiring about a more expensive option, they explained to me why it was both unnecessary and would cause more problems than it would solve. Upon further research, I discovered that this was correct. They could have gotten more money out of me, but they were honest. More recently, I called them out again due to what I thought was a leak in the roof after a particularly driving rainstorm. I was worried that the roof would need to be replaced. Upon inspection, Lester explained that the roof was in perfectly good shape and shouldn't need to be replaced for years. He noticed some issues related to pipes that could have caused the leak and explained that he might have an inexpensive solution. However, he wanted us to wait until another large rainstorm to see if indeed there was an issue to begin with. He spent about 1/2 hour at my house and charged nothing.

I did a lot of readings before we decided to replace our roof. When Lester came for the estimate, he spent almost 2 hours answering all my questions patiently and sincerely that we decided to give him the job on the spot.

It was a right move. He offered a compatible price, explained in details how he?s going to do and delivered all the promises that he made. We are happy with all the material that he uses and his crews did a great job.

I got 5 estimates for this job...
A low ball of $6k, a competitor at 7.5k, and two other companies upwards of 10k. Threw the low ball out as I couldn't verify insurance coverage, and didn't get a great feeling. Threw the ones over 10k out based on price.
Out of all 5, Lester was by far the most professional. Took the time to explain everything, and backed with a warranty including labor at no additional cost. He had a huge portfolio of prior customers and we drove by some of the jobs he previously did in our area. Wound up going with Lester even though he came in a little higher than a main competitor of his. So glad I did!
The job came out great, Roof looks perfect, no shortcuts, saw all the GAF materials being used. They did a great job cleaning up, no loose nails or pieces of shingle around the house. The real kicker though was including all wood in the quote. Once he ripped the shingles off, he found 12 plywood boards that needed to be replaced, which was included at no additional cost. Other proposals were $40 - $65 per sheet needing replacement, so overall wound up saving with his quote.
Super happy with Lester and would recommend to anyone with a roofing job!

Our house has a steeply pitched roof and had 3 layers of old roof that had to be removed.  The roof was done from start to finish in a day and half, and everything was cleaned up nicely.  The gutters and leaders were done the next day. The crew was professional and polite.
The price we received was very competitive (I got 4 other bids) and because of Lester's status as a master roofer, we got the full lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer.
Lester was hands on from start to finish and I don't think I could have asked for better experience.
