CHRYSLER OF PARAMUS

Received an oil change coupon, for Paramus Chrysler on Route 4 West in Paramus. Recently purchased a new Jeep Commander in PA, and need to have it serviced near home. Since this is a "Five Star" dealership we figured it had to be good. They said the oil change would take 45 minutes to an hour, and we told them we would wait. Even when we made the appointment, my husband told them we wanted to wait. Well it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to complete the oil change, they did not even come out to say they were delayed, my husband had to go and ask. They didn't even pull the car out for you, you have to go into the lot yourself to get it. The service person who helped us was rude, and was more than happy to explain to us, that since we did not purchase the car from them, and that every dealership is a franchise, they have nothing to do with the purchasing dealership, and they are not going to take responsibility for anything from them. Since we are looking to build a relationship with a dealership we will be going somewhere else. While we were sitting in the waiting room, we talked with other customers, and they all said the same thing. They will not go back. Too slow, rude representatives, and no regard for the customer themselves. The staff needs and attitude adjustment, and they need real management. They do not care.
