We experienced the owner (the one w/ the dog in the store) as irritable and quite unprofessional. His dog he keeps inside the store scared me and other customers (especially kids) but he seemed insensitive to that. His prices varied depending on the mood he was in and seemed inpatient most of the time.

I wouldn't recommend them. The installation was horrible. We ended up ripping up the carpet. I would not use their services again in the future.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND LIKED THEM A LOT. THEY USE HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS. THEY DO VERY PROFESSIONAL WORK THEY ARE EXCELLENT.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICES AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY MADE SURE TO DO ALL OF THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
