The ladies are very hard working, however, there is no attention to detail and organization. They are rushing to get out of the house and leave piles of clutter in corners.

Friendly team - worked around kids and dog. Efficient and pleasant team all around.

The 2 ladies who came were wonderful. They were thorough. I had to point out a few areas they missed in the bathroom but they quickly fixed it. I was so pleased, we set up a recurring schedule for cleaning.

The owner is very polite. They did the great work. They did the cleaning in detail thry did not rushed.

I was very disappointed in their service. I had to call the owner 4 times because they missed a lot of stuff while cleaning. I was told that the inside windows were included and weren't done. Two of my rooms and floor were left u done. The couches were not vacuumed. It was frustrating to have to have to keep calling the owner because the maids did it speak English. When they came back to complete what they missed. One of the maids gave me a very nasty look and appeared angry.

Elizabeth's team has been cleaning our home for a month now. She restored my confidence after other service providers failed to show up. Liz even squeezed us in for our first appointment during the holiday! Given how busy she was, we really appreciated that! The service price is more than fair and they do a great job. So far this is the only service provider I have found on Home Advisor or Angies List to really deliver. We are very pleased with our cleaning service.

Elizabeth and her staff are great. The girl came in and my house was thoroughly cleaned yesterday. I will definitely hire them and recommend them to others.
