They agreed to providing all cleaning supplies and also send same people every time for our recurring cleaning service every 3 weeks. However after few initial services, they stopped sending two persons and instead sent one. Also without cleaning supplies. Also after few cleaning appointments they kept on sending new individuals. That's frustrating since we had to explain the whole cleaning Process to every new cleaning lady every time they replaced them with new.

"We have an agreement to clean this house every 2 weeks on Monday.Later the customer changed it to Saturday. They Keep switching days and time so we have no chance to send the same girls.We don't provide cleaning supplies to our customers.We could give them advice on what to purchase. Last night at 11 p.m. a customer cancelled their appointment for today because of an emergency.They never said that something was wrong with our service. I called the lady but she said she doesn't know why her husband put that review. Also Im not sure why the customer needs to explain cleaning process to the girl that has worked for our company for 12 years."

The 2 ladies who came were wonderful. They were thorough. I had to point out a few areas they missed in the bathroom but they quickly fixed it. I was so pleased, we set up a recurring schedule for cleaning.

I was very disappointed in their service. I had to call the owner 4 times because they missed a lot of stuff while cleaning. I was told that the inside windows were included and weren't done. Two of my rooms and floor were left u done. The couches were not vacuumed. It was frustrating to have to have to keep calling the owner because the maids did it speak English. When they came back to complete what they missed. One of the maids gave me a very nasty look and appeared angry.

"I think this review is not about our company and was placed by mistake. We cleaned that house in June for a graduation party.The lady didn't need to call us because the way our company operate is I usually stop to see the job and also talk to customer after the job is completed. The owner of the house was really happy with the job and tips our workers."

Elizabeth's team has been cleaning our home for a month now. She restored my confidence after other service providers failed to show up. Liz even squeezed us in for our first appointment during the holiday! Given how busy she was, we really appreciated that! The service price is more than fair and they do a great job. So far this is the only service provider I have found on Home Advisor or Angies List to really deliver. We are very pleased with our cleaning service.

I wish they could make an appointment/window time that I could expect. I don't like having to wait until the night before for the supervisor to call and tell me what time the team will be coming. They do a good job cleaning and it is a good value for the money.
