"Hi Leo. Thank you for taking the time to review and I appreciate your input and that you are happy with the outcome. There are points we get very busy and planning accurate arrival times can prove difficult. all my customers have my cell number and I promptly return all communication whether email call or text. yes, we hit a bump or 2 admittedly so..but the end result is as you expected. I will strive for better customer communication. I only work with the best men for the job, so language barriers do not stop me from hiring a qualified man. in a world of dwindling skilled labor options can be few. Thank you for your confidence and your review."

"Proposal was submitted to Landlord 7/24 with 3 options. The option chosen was for wood floors to be installed in 3 BRs with no work to be done to existing flooring in LR DR and hallway. He asked us to repair a portion of LR that was damaged by a tenant. I explained that the repair and new wood floor would be lighter as the existing finish was 18 years old but was natural finish. At the time he accepted that,so he said. The work began 10/28. My interpretation is we were given 2 days. The work was to pull carpet, install and finish natural with 2 coats oil based poly. Originally I thought I would man the job to be installed ,sanded and first coat in one day. Due to our schedule I could not do that. The job was 600 sf. we installed Monday 10/28 and finished Tuesday10/29 .To keep schedule I told my guys to use 2 coats Zinnser universal fast dry sealer and then 1 coat oil based poly. this was done on second day. Owner called Thursday 10/31 and said we didnt do enough coats.i did insist on what was done. he also issued more work in the foyer where we installed Friday 11/1..he expressed dissatisfaction with finish result and urged us to come back and fix. we returned on Saturday, the day he asked .Same day service to correct. I reminded him that tenants were moving in. he said its ok, not til Monday. We recoated the job and left. The Tenants showed up shortly after and walked on floors. He called and insinuated we had left foot prints. It was a misunderstanding. He urged us to fix and said he would pay for the fix and he would write us a great review. We returned monday and fixed the foot prints. He continues to offer more work and good reviews one moment then threatens the next. Some debris was left behind and was my fault .I had removed all the carpet and initial debris but some remainder was left..When he called i told him we will take it when we install the vinyl and not to be concerned. I apologized and said we had been very busy.I have responded time and time again to his requestes and concerns.I tried calling numerous times and he wont take the call but will text incessantly. He sends numerous bullet texts that are incoherent at times that i had to ask him to cease or i would file harassment charges. Every concern has been addressed promptly. He now demands that when tenants move out that i offer in writing to refinish the rooms for free. I reminded him the floor is covered by our warranty as outlined on our website.I have been repeatedly called a liar even after explaining how the timeline was met, products used to do so and correcting concerns promptly. The last concern was expressed Saturday 11/23. He sent me a pic of a small gap under the shoe molding. He began texting me around 3pm..when i didn't answer,10 mins later another, then another. I was at my sons game. I told him to call Monday. I actually called him Monday and went back same day to fix. I cannot offer anymore then what i have been doing and see no way to make this client happy. I have the proposal submitted as well have printed our full text conversations as I anticipate this does not end here. I have been in business over 20 years and the audacity to accuse me of scamming and cheating is not being taken lightly."
"it was a pleasure working with you Rosh!"
"Hi Richard, I apologize for not addressing your concern sooner. i we did it in fall of 2018. you contacted me in spring 2019 to follow up..weather keep me from getting there timely.however had you just gave a simple reminder i could have worked it out later summer. It is important to let consumers know that although you may not be happy, you were fully reimbursed the amount for the job and made whole to pursue an outfit you deem a better fit. good luck moving forward."
"thank you elizabeth!"
"Thanks Steve ! Great working with you."
