The technician called ahead to let me know his arrival time. He explained the situation as he diagnosed the problem. I felt comfortable with him.

He was a pleasant quite worker who did not get stressed out when the job turned out to be more complicated than he had first diagnosed. He took it in stride and I paid the extra with no problem. It was obvious that the unit needed a lot of work.

My inducer motor on my heating system went out and I was able to contact Mark. Mark was able to get the part and install it. He is professional and knowledgable about the issues that my system was having. The work was done correctly and timely and was on budget. Thank you so much for your help.

Very bad experience. My house has a old AC system. stop working today. it used to work very well. Mark did show up on time. but he just opened the cover, told me it is a junk, and plan to charge me $90 and leave. I insist him to look into the issue further, but he still can not figure out what is wrong. after 5 mins he used multimeter checking the wire there and here, then he realize he should check the fuse in power outlet. the fuse is blown, that is the real reason condenser is not running. he replaced the bad fuse, but condenser is still not running. I highly doubt he connected wrong wires because he told me it does not matter how you connect four wires. (two black, two yellow wires). Wasted $90 dollars and have to hire another contractor to take a look. you decide you should hire him or not based on what I described above.

Mark is excellent. He was prompt, did a great job, did not overcharge or try to get us to buy or repair things that we did not need to. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

The company's Customer Service was excellent and very responsive to the initial appointment arrangements, and when I had to call twice for the repair person to return. However, the work performed was not good. The service person had to return two times (after the initial visit) to fix a problem. The original project was to install a new overflow pump. But in doing so he did something to the wiring such that the Compressor would not start. He returned the next day worked on it again - and still did not provide a permanent fix. On the third visit he essentially told me that the Compressor unit itself was at fault and not his wiring. He finally disconnected the safety wiring from the new Overflow Pump (said it was not really necessary for operation - it was just a safety system to shut the system down if the Overflow Pump failed). He then rewired for Compressor again and it started working - but he made it clear that the had no confidence that it would remain working. He continued to insist that the entire Compressor would have to be replaced. The work was completed over 2 weeks ago and the Compressor and AC are still working fine. Based on his lack of confidence that the AC unit would continue to work after he left tells me he really does not know what he did to get it working and basically **got lucky** that his last attempt was **accidentally** successful. However I still have an Overflow Pump that works - but does not have the complete safety wires installed because the service person could not get both the Overflow Pump safety wires and the Compressor wiring both working at the same time.

At least these guys showed up unlike others that I contacted. Diagnostic was straightforward and solution was executed quickly. System is working fine now. A satisfied customer and will use them again if needed.

He came the day I called and fix the problem

With our AC problem on one of the hottest days, Rita was very kind to schedule an appointment for the same day. Mark was superb in diagnosing and fixing the problem. His price was very negotiable and gave us the best deal. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. On July 9, Mark came to put EZ Seal into our AC unit. He and his crew found the major leak between connecting valves and were able to tighten and completely prevent them from leaking again. Excellent and professional service as usual!

Mark showed up early in the time frame given. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. We'd hire him again if we needed.

If you are looking for an honest and knowledgable technician, look no further. I had other companies coming to my house to inspect the issue. However, Mark is the only one who found the actual problem fixed on the same day. He doesn't send you other workers. He is the owner of the company, and he cares about his business and customers. The technician took 10 hours to replace a faulty transformer coz he didnt know how to do the wiring. He was doing trial and error on the wires for literally 10 hours, blown off multiple fuses and my nest. It was scary looking at how he worked, even he admited himself he didnt know what he is doing. Very unprofessional. And at the end my AC seems to be working but i really dont have confidence everything really done right. Strongly suggest you hire someone else.
