We called late at night and they told us there wasn't any one who could come until the next afternoon. Come next morning they called early to let us know there was a cancellation and they could come earlier. Can't remember the plumbers name but he was very professional and evaluated the problem and I feel quoted us a good price for an emergency situation I belive it was roughly $260-280. Plumber was goood and gave us advice on how not to clog the drains!

Called Accu-Rooter on a holiday and the plumber arrived in less than an hour!  The plumber was very knowledgeable,  polite and professional.   He determined the cause of the clog, snaked it and was done in no time.  I'm very satisfied with the service. The technician showed up about an hour after my call. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He swiftly and expertly routed out the PVC drain pump that services my sump pump. He cleaned it out all the way from the access point to the street.

"Hello Mr. [removed member name], We provided emergency service on a Sunday for a secondary drain (bathroom sink / kitchen sink). The service was not for a sewer clog. We used a gorlitz to unclog a combo line for said drains and cleared obstruction of hair and sediment. We charged $150.00 + tax for this service, which is not our emergency / Sunday rate. All our work is guaranteed. If the same drain clogged again, we gladly honor our work and would of came back free of charge to clear the problem. Kind Regards, J. Martini"

The technician showed up 45 minutes early.  He spent less than 1/2 hour cleaning out a clogged sump pump drain pipe that went from the rear of the house out to the street.  He said that he cleared a 3 inch root ball and pointed out that the clog was in the pipe where it passes close to an old evergreen bush.   He went on to say that this type of clog is normal in older PVC pipes which can have weak or damaged joints where two pieces have been joined together and that PVC pipes can break under pressure, i.e. from a large riding lawn mower.

I called Accu-Rooter at 10:30 AM and they showed up 1 1/2 hours later at 12:00 PM on the same day.  The technician was polite and professional.  He obviously had the correct knowledge and equipment for the job and was done in less than 1/2 hour.  He left the bathroom spotless and explained what he had done.  I was very satisfied and impressed with his work since the drain had been slow for years but finally clogged to the point where drain cleaners would not clear it.  The water now flows down it quickly, just like new and better than I can ever recall it doing so..

Accu Rooter was called for an emergency fix when our basement floor was being dug up and a leak was found in the water supply line below grade. We called and the plumber was out in 15 minutes. Since it was a lead to copper connection of different sizes, the plumber had to get a special connector from Hackensack. Even so, the job was completed in less than 3 hours.

He was at our house, found the clog, snaked the drain, and left within two hours. Fast, friendly, neat, and clean. I would never believe a clogged main sewer line could be fixed so fast with no mess before Accu Rooter saved the day.

Contractor responded quickly, gave us a reasonable quote and performed repairs quickly and professionally. We had another contractor doing some work on our property and accidently broke the main line clean out pipe. We had sewer backing up into our basement sink. It was Labor day weekend and we could not even get some others to come out. They came and did a great job for a great price. Would definitely use them again.

I called for an appointment; the guy who answered the phone was rude, didn't introduce himself or say anything; just waiting for me to talk. It was weird. I went ahead and made an appointment for today anyway between 11 - 1pm. Never called; I called him. He apparently had an emergency and asked if he could come between 2-4. I said, and quot;Yes.and quot; No phone call after 4pm once again. I called him and he said he would be maybe another hour.
Sorry I had such a bad experience; I thought I might have found a winner with the ratings he got. Not so.
Will never call back again for another appointment.

Unfortunately at this time an emergency call did come in, you spoke with our technician and we did reschedule between 2-4. At that time our technician did call you and informed you we were running 30 minutes behind for your appointment. You stated you didn't have time an ended the call. Our customers are very important to us. We strive on customer satisfaction and constantly keep in contact with our customers regarding their appointments. We always arrive within the time frame provided, but events (traffic, customers not being home for their appt., a job may take a little longer than expected) do happen which may cause us to run behind with other appointments. We are sorry you had this experience with our company and hope you will contact us again in the future."

I called Accu-Rooter at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and spoke directly to the
owner. Someone arrived at my house to fix the problem within a half
hour which I was amazed at!
I had a clogged main line and Sean
showed up to snake it. We couldn't find the access to the main so he
had to remove the toilet to snake it. All in all it took about 30-45
min. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable.
It was a pleasure dealing with them and I will recommend and use them in the future. Use them!

Got a live human being on the phone when I called at 8am, was promised that they could have someone over before noon the same day. I work close to home and asked them to call me before they came, and I'd leave work and meet them. Got another call 30 minutes later, and they let me know that they had a cancellation of an earlier scheduled appointment, and could arrive with 20-25 minutes. Frank arrived within that time span, asked good questions about the problem we were having, and had a good diagnostic approach to isolating the blockage. He got the problem diagnosed quickly, and got the block removed quickly. He had to break up an old frozen cleanout plug (+40 years old) and had the replacement part on the truck. I felt the price was fair considering the responsiveness and the quality of the work, and Frank was friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely use them again in a similar situation (emergency plumbing repair).
