DO call Neil for small jobs. Do not call him for painting (which he readily admits is not his forte) or anything that requires fine detail or delicate things.

HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE ALWAYS CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE IS VERY NICE TO US EVERY TIME HE IS HERE AND HE CAN FIX ALMOST ANYTHING. WE REALLY LIKE HIM.
