He's a good person. He means well. He advertises that he does drywall but he really didn't do a great job. He wasn't very good on cleaning up, keeping things neat and clean specially when you're tearing up plastic. That was our biggest complaint against him. As far as doing corners, he wasn't too good on doing the corners. I did complain, he did come back to make it right but it still wasn't that wonderful. I thought the price was high for just two walls. He was good on responsiveness. He wasn't really good on punctuality.

Rick is knowledgeable in his field. Willing to take on small jobs. Professional, respectful and reasonable. He always kept you informed of what he is doing and requested you look at his work. Will hire Rick again if the need comes up.

The job went really well! I live long distance, and my tenant had been experiencing a leak over and over. Other handymen came and re-caulked the shower, but the leak continued. Rick came in and discovered that the leak was due to multiple causes...both plumbing and the need for a new shower pan. By Wednesday, he began the job and four days later, he was finished. He also made it easy to work with him from a distance, and offered venues to pay, with half down starting the job and the other half only being paid upon completion. Both i and my tenant had a very good experience with Rick, and I'll definitely be using him again.

Everything went excellent he came to spec out the job the next day he returned to repair and replace the damaged parts, we were leaving for a baseball game, when we had come the job was completed to our satisfaction, great job, Rick, would recommend to others.

I called Rick at 9AM and he arrived around 11AM. We discussed a fair price and the work was done to my satisfaction. He even bought secure anchor hooks and seamed one downspout. I would definitely use him again.

Rick is a great guy !! The repair of the holes in the sheetrock was spot on !! He did a great job, however when is came to applying the mud and sanding, I think the job could of had a little more attention to detail. The sanding was poor. However I would use his services again, but make sure the job is done like I want it to be.

Job is not completed yet. Rick fixed leak and attempted repair of damage to kitchen ceiling. Repair was unsatisfactory. Redid repair, still unsatisfactory. Heard nothing from Rick for about a month. When I called Rick didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. Rick came out and did some work with more work left to complete the job. I have not heard from Rick in two weeks.

"Did not fix any leak as customer stated. Leak was fixed by someone else, not me. Leak would have had to be repaired from out side and I did not do any work on outside. He told me leak was fixed. I did sheetrok repair over sink. He picked color to match other area. Called me to touch up finish and I came back and did so . He was present and seem to be satisfied on touch up. If leak reapeared he should have call person who repaired same. I only did sheetrock repair as he asked me to do and touch up."

He did a good job. He was a little overpriced. He was clean and the shelf is hanging fine. I would use him again but I would probably negotiate on the price.

I had a list of things that we agreed on and I only got half of them done but that was not his fault. I travel for a living and have not been in this area long enough for him to finish. He came in on New Year's Eve; which I truly appreciated, because it was cold so he did a lot of caulking. His pricing seemed reasonable and he was very flexible to work around my schedule. He did quality work and paid attention to detail. He came out when he said he would and took his time to do the job correctly. No job seemed too little to him; he did not complain. I had to call him twice before I got my initial call back but once I got him on the phone he was really good. He came out to give me an estimate on his own time. He always did what he said he was going to do.

It went kind of crappy. He was probably $500 over the quote and it took him weeks. He didn't clean up or come back to finish the job as I wanted. He left paint spots on my deck and it was just not a great experience. The soffits were okay, but the painting he did was horrible and there was just no attention to detail.

"Homeowner had no complaints when I finished repair and paid me. His house was in very rough shape overall. the work I did was very good for what I had to deal with. Home was about 125 years old I believe and needed a lot more repair than I did. Believe he wanted me to do more work at to low a price. I can go low on prices but have to make enough to pay expenses and stay in business. All my trash was all cleaned up. Other trash was not mine. Thanks Rick"

Contacted Rick early on a Saturday afternoon. He called back within a
couple of hours and said that he could come and not only price the job
but fix it the following day. Since my issue was one where wind had
blown a good size area of siding off of the side of my house it was
critical to get this done ASAP. Rick gave a time frame that he would be
coming on Sunday and also called when he was on his way. He worked
diligently to get the job done in very cold weather. I thought his
price was fair and the work high quality. I would definitely use his
services again.

It was a good experience. If he said he was coming, he was there. He cleaned up after himself. If he ran into a problem, he would keep me appraised of the situation. He was nice enough to answer any questions that I had.
