Scott was right on time (as always!) and finished the job efficiently and within the short window he had during our school day. He has been tuning our pianos for the two years I've been here, and he has never let me down! Because he knows these pianos and the demands of a school year, he has also put a service plan into place so that work is regularly done in the summer.

Mr. Monetti responded expediently to my call for service. He arranged an appt within a week's time. He was prompt in his arrival, very considerate of my home ( it was a very rainy day and Mr Monetti removed his shoes at the door). He inspected our piano and gave us a very knowledgable appraisal of the piano's condition and the work he felt needed to be accomplished. Scott was very professional in his manner. Our office is in our home. We were able to conduct business while he worked. This is the my first experience with Monetti Piano Service. The tuner I used for many years no longer works in this area. Scott arrived promptly on the scheduled day and got right to work. In addition to tuning the piano, Scott has great skills to repair pianos and provide technical assistance. He is always punctual and extremely reliable. He has tremendous knowledge about the all piano instruments. He is a wonderful tuner.

We inherited our piano (which is also wired as a player) when we purchased our house and neither of us are musicians. The piano was beautifully restored by Scott Monetti for the previous owner and has a lot of history, so we want to keep and enjoy it. Scott is a musician and plays beautifully and helped us to appreciate the unique and amazing instrument we are lucky enough to own now. He obviously loves what he does and spent well over 2.5 hours tuning it the first time he was here ($140) and more than an hour the second time 6 months later ($100). Scott is easy to contact by phone or email and he is available on Saturdays and has been punctual for both appointments, super easy to work with.
