We had Vincent Gallo & Sons Inc. come out for an estimate, he came out to look at the yard and gave me an estimate and then he was supposed to start the service but he never showed up. I called him and then I called him again and he apologized and gave me a new day he was supposed to come out but he never showed up, he just like didn't exist. I don't know what happened there, he was very nice over the phone, he seemed to know his business very well. We had a long conversation about what he was going to do, he just literally didn't show up. He gave me a quote and I told him it was too much and he brought the price down. It would take him days to get back to me but he would get back to me.

Great. We gave a new kid on the block a chance, we didn't know him from Adam. He was sloppy, too cheap to hire help, exactly what you don't want.
Gallo stepped up to the plate, fixed everything, price was reasonable.
