We have a fleet of fully equipted, well stocked trucks that are ready to do the work on the first visit so you don't have to make inconvenient multiple apointments. Our techs are drug tested and background checked with I.D. badges so you can be sure that you are taken care of with integrity. Trainning is on-going to keep up with current codes and safety practices. We give you the price of the job before any work begins and that price will not change no matter how long it take. No surprises if it takes longer than expected. The price will not change. And we vacuum and remove all debris from your home. We are fully licensed and bonded and have an A+ rating by the BBB. The office receptionist was lovely and professional. She arranged for my appointment exactly as requested. Paul came to our home just as promised following a phone call advising us that he was on his way. He was professional, interested in finding a solution to install the lights, very pleasant and cleaned up beautifully. Their prices are not inexpensive, but receiving outstanding service is well worth it.

There wasn't much they could do unless I purchased something at a higher price. They did answer all my questions about what I asked to be done. Honestly it was half the job that I purchased. I needed to add an extra electrial box.

While they arrived an hour later then originally scheduled, I was called and advised their previous run was running a little long.  I didn't mind because I was informed.  Kevin and Ralph arrived, calling me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way.
When then entered they put on booties to cover their shoes.  Reviewed the job, gave me an estimate and proceeded to professionally do the job quickly.  I would recommend them again and enjoyed their sense of humor.

He came immediately and the man was neat, cordial, and polite. He said that the sensor would be going off continuously and what I had in mind wouldn't work. He recommended a light that would work better and did the the installation. They did the job right and I am very satisfied. I also want to mention the great customer service and the receptionist there is excellent. She has a great personality.

You get what you pay for. We've owned 3 houses in this neighborhood and used a variety of cheaper electricians before landing on Stacey. They are pretty significantly more expensive but they get the job done right the first time and have the smartest, most courteous staff. Worth the extra cost.

the technician was punctial and very professional. the estimate was a lot higher than I was expecting though. because I needed the light asap, I decided to go for it. it was late in the day and they stayed past the time they were supposed to work, but they got the job done. I would use them again, but I would definitely get an estimate from at least another company before having them come out. Just a note of caution, as others have mentioned, they do charge $79 just to come out which is probably an attempt to convince you to use their service since they put that charge towards whatever work they do.
