Very well - great garden center.

This place is a gem. They have really helpful staff and a great variety of shrubs and trees.
I showed them pictures of my back yard on my phone and they helped me pick out shrubs.

They delivered the topsoil within an hour and exactly where it was needed.  Good service, professional employees.  They also sell very good plants that are better than Home Depot

I FOUND ORANGE GARDEN BY ACCIDENT.  IT HAS BEEN DELIGHTFUL WORKING WITH THEM.  THE VARIETY AND EXPERT ADVISE IS OUTSTANDING.  CAN'T WAIT TO GET THERE THIS YEAR, IF SPRING EVERY COMES - I JUST HOPE IT'S SOON!!!

I like them and they do very good work.  My lawn looks good and they come before the grass gets too tall, which I like.

I have done business at this establishment countless times before, and have spent thousands of dollars there over the years on plants and hardscaping products (boulders).  I'm really disappointed in what went down this time, and just don't feel like these guys are trustworthy any more.  First off, I found out that the Otto Luyken Bush that I paid $145.00 for goes for @ $80.00 at any other local establishment.  Secondly, I told the salesman that I wanted a bush that would grow to @ 5-6 feet tall, and all of the research I've done since the purchase indicates that this species grows to a maximum of three feet tall.  Thirdly, when the products were put into the back of my SUV, no paper or plastic was laid down to protect the carpeted interior of my truck.  I wasn't asked if I had brought any material myself to lay down in the cargo area to keep it clean.  The large bush was lifted into the back of my truck, and laid on it's side, with dirt spilling out of the pot all over the carpet., and getting ground into the carpet on the ride home, as the pot rolled around.  When I discovered the extent of the mess after unloading my SUV at home, I realized that the carpets actually needed to be shampoo'd clean after what had been done.  I returned to the store the following day, to show them what had happened, and was told that they were a cut-rate discount establishment, and there was nothing they could do about it.  I needed more fertilizing soil at that point, but since I certainly wasn't buying it there, I went to another garden center.  That's when I discovered that I was charged nearly double the price for the Otto Luyken bush, @ $65.00 too much.  When I called about this, I was told that this was a higher quality variety of the plant.  I am unwilling to accept that the same bush could legitimately be sold for double the price at two different establishments two miles apart.  The bushed at the two different Garden looked to be of equal quality, and the less expensive of the two might have even looked heartier.  If you must do business with this establishment, please be very careful about their pricing, and do your research before opening your wallet.  I called and told the manager about my dissatisfaction, and he said "We'll make it straight next time you come in", but really- How can you trust and do business with people after being lied to and robbed like this?  I was fleeced so badly, even the $20.00 coupon I used was just a drop in the bucket compared to the amount I was cheated out of.
