N&K replaced the vinyl siding, gutters, and leaders for my client whose house is on the market for sale. They did an outstanding job. They did it on schedule, professional job, cleaned up well, and finished when they said they would. Excellent people to work with. Painted dining room; parts of entry hall, kitchen, and eating area; and family room. Work was very neat and completed just as job was estimated. Professional job. Looks really great. Also did a small wallpaper fix.

Juan is professional! He reports to a meeting ahead of time and his skills are top notch as evidenced by the amazing job he has done in my home. I have hired him for few jobs and he has never disappointed me. As far as I'm concerned he has rated excellent each time.

Juan is a pleasure to work with. He arrived when he said he would and did excellent work. He had to remove an old plaster ceiling and did it very neatly. I was grateful that the plaster dust was not throughout the house. The new drywall ceiling was up and taped the same day. He completed all work when he said he would. Juan is one of the most polite people I have ever met. He took extra care to keep my house dust and debris free during and after the job was done. No one can beat his pricing and the flexibility he gives on how to do a project so that it comes out the way you want without breaking your budget. He finished a job I started but didn't have time to finish with installing attic ceiling tiles and a molding around attic stairs I installed. He suggested taking the stairs off and making it more flush to wall. I never thought. He did it for a great price. He is a consummate professional who does top notch work. I will use him again.

Juan was very professional, always arrived on time and always answer every time I called him. If you ever work with any contractor in the past, you know that's a blessing if they are prompt and picked up every call. And he did awesome job in my house. Very happy with the quality of work and service he provided. I would hire him in a heartbeat. I hired Juan to install drywall on ceiling in three rooms and wall in one room. He also painted one room and three ceiling. He answered every txt and phone call, clean up after he left and was very knowledge regarding job/project he took on. He charged fair price and I was able to relax while he work which never happens when a contractor is working in my house. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I hired Juan Morocho of N&K Construction to install some dry wall in my 2 family home. From the very first phone call right through every text message in between Juan was the perfect professional. Absolutely polite and paid attention to detail.
