He has done half the job. I have paid him more than half the amount and he has not come to complete the job. I have 2 phone numbers for him. Repeated text and phone calls are never answered. He is a fraud and untrustworthy. My driveway is all tore up and now I have to bring someone lese to finish the job. I plan to take legal action against him

Luis removed the old driveway, reordered the belgian blocks, and added and apron. They did a shoddy job of the steps in the back of the house. They never came back to complete the driveway even though they took most of the money. They poured extremely low quality gravel that is now turning into power. Luis never came back to check on the work. They left mounds of dirt and old asphalt in the back yard. They never fixed the torn-up yard. We paid about $7000 for this work. He owes us over $2000 for the unfinished work. The driveway is unfinished. I called him many times and even emailed him. He has not responded. I later found out that the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs has listed his company in their worst contractors list (http://patch.com/new-jersey/pointpleasant/njs-208-worst-contractors-who-may-have-ripped-you-2015-state-says). I should have checked this out before doing business with them.

Hard workers.  Job turned out great.  My neighbors all commented how much they like it.  No extras.

Luigi and his crew were beyond amazing. I met with Luigi to go over what I pictured for my patio around my pool and driveway. Luigi helped me pick out the different styles and colors for the pavers in my budget. He knew exactly how many days the patio and Asphalt driveway would take. I would highly recommend Luigi to everyone. He has his own crew and own machines and trucks for all work.

Everything was fine he helped picking out the color, trim and suggesting the type paver. Very helpful.

I had him re-do a walkway outside (it’s the second time that it’s being re-done). I had the pavers already. He was a;sp going to make sure the PVC structures were set so I didn’t have water around my home. With the walkway, he installed about 8 pavers that just didn’t match the rest. There's alot of PVC pipe that is standing up, which I’m not sure why. I paid him $200 extra to direct the extra water out into the woods and not on my property, but instead he installed it into my property.I think this will become a major problem. Other than that, he was alright. He never calls me back and isn’t attentive to the problems at all. Water was coming out in the middle of my lawn, and a different contractor installed a pipe with an outlet (elbow), which made no sense. I wanted him to remove this pipe, but he refused. The town engineer has called him to correct this, but he hasn’t been responsive, and he hangs up on me when I do him on the line. He made an appointment, but he did not show up. I would like him to come back and fix these problems, since I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes.

He did an okay job. He bought the wrong brick. I asked him to fix it and he still hasn't completed it. I want is for him to fix the problem but he wont return my calls.
