It took a couple days to get the glass, but I suspect it could have been quicker had I asked for it to be rushed.  The glass was cut to the proper size and was cleaned before it was placed in my car.  My only concern was that it wasn't wrapped in any way, so I worried about chipping or breaking it driving home.  But that could be standard everywhere; I don't know.
