Devine Roofing Company

Company did the work they said they would do, in a timely manner. To be fair, their proposal did not guarantee that this would be a long term solution to solving the leak problem and I accepted that. Even though a guarantee was not offered, this company led me to believe that this procedure would at least temporarily solve my problem. It did not solve it at all. The roof continued to leak almost immediately following this procedure. I contacted them and they came and applied tar patching material to the leaking areas. The roof still is leaking. Have now called this company repeated times to speak to them about what my options now are to solve this leaking problem for once and for all. They simply will not return my calls. I realize now that more extensive work was needed to resolve this problem properly. I was hoping that this company would bid on a new complete roofing job that I apparently needed all along, but now they refuse to even call me back. I am not pleased.
