Kevin came out as promised, thoroughly checked everything and explained necessary repairs. This is the second time Kevin has helped me out in an "emergency" and both times he was professional and didn't gouge me on the price. Would not hesitate to call him again.

The first time he did what I needed done for free. We discussed everything that I needed done and he took care of it. He still needs to come back. We are doing things at a leisurely pace because they are not things that need to be done right away. I know the whole family and that's why I went with him. He is very courteous and outgoing. He came out to my house for free because he was concerned about my electrical wiring and he did it for nothing. That was very generous of him. He is friendly and efficient. He calls when I call. His price are fair.

I used Trass electric twice. Each time the work was done well. I will hire them again if the need arises.

Arrived. I chose him because he lived in my town. Assessed the situation, went right to work. Very personable. I was missing a switch safety box so he went to Home Depot to get. No charge for time. Great experience. Now my new electrician.

Granted, this was not a big job. However, I was impressed with Kevin's professionalism and the efficiency with which he completed the work. He was respectful and genuinely friendly. He honored his advertised discounts (senior and Angie's list) without question. If we ever need an electrician again, Kevin will be our first call.

OUTSTANDING!! This is the kind of service you dream about. I know that electricians have a poor reputation of overcharging, coming late (or not at all), and doing shabby or substandard work. Well, let me tell you, folks, Kevin Trass is the antithesis of what you might think of an electrician. Kevin Trass was prompt, professional and knowledgeable (a combination you just don't find anymore in the 21st century because all those types are either retired or dead). But, Kevin Trass is the new generation of quiet competence and excellent service. What a breath of fresh air! He fees were very reasonable for the amount of time spent upgrading the problem in the ceiling and bringing it up to code. He and his assistant worked efficiently and proficiently.

When it comes to maintenance of my home, I have been dealing with service folks for three decades. Trass Electric is a company in a class by itself. I found them on Angie's list and because of such great service, I have been telling everyone to go to Angie's List for referrals. I also extended my initial monthly membership to two years——all because I had such a great experience with Trass Electric. Finally, an electrician I can rely on.

He was great to work with overall. Kevin is very pleasant and reliable. He always does what he says he's going to do.

The breaker had a short in it, and they were able to replace it. I was satisfied with their work. It was a pretty routine visit.

I dealt with trass electric during a renovation of my home. They installed new wiring throughout the home and a new electrical service. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The work from roughing to finish was incredibly neat. The owner Kevin was a pleasure to work. His prices were reasonable and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend anyone needing an electrician for work on their house from as small to an outlet needing to be replaced to a complete rewire of a home.

Kevin did a great quality job. I made the appointment with him 2 weeks before I closed on my new house, and he was able to meet with me and my realtor early one morning to get an estimate. I picked up the permit application for the job prior to meeting him, and he did a great job working with the town building department on getting the permit, even though I didnt' legally own the house until I closed. Once we got into the house, there was two days of rain on the days that we had scheduled 2 weeks prior. He was very flexible in his schedule. When we had nice enough weather to tap into the power lines, he got into the house before I did that morning and ended up finding 2 inches of sewer water in my new basement due to the rainy days before and was kind enough to call me. I raced over to the house from my apartment to assess the damage. He offered to still do the work, but said that I would need to have electricity for a few days while I had professional cleaners come in to repair the basement. His work would require the electricity to be shut off for two days too. When the basement was cleaned and suitable for occupancy, his electrical work took only 2 1/2 days to complete, and he did a great job. The panel looks like it should be in a new construction residential or commercial building. He cleaned up some of the spaghetti bowl of wires that were all over my basement ceiling. Overall,
