Mike was amazing. He was very professional and used a very safe technique to hang what otherwise could be dangerously heavy mirrors. Unbelievable how good he was!

We needed a last minute stucco repair/paint project in order to obtain an FHA mortgage commitment. Mike was very responsive. Offered to meet me at the house in couple of hours, provided an estimate and even came on Sunday with 2 helpers to get the job done because of our time constraint. The stucoo and paint work was superb. I would highly recommend Mike and will definitely use him again.

Mike did a great job overall! I called around to a number of handymen on Angie's List and, as it turns out, many of them were unable to do this work because they don't have a ladder that will reach the 2nd floor. Of the few handymen that could do the job, Mike had the perfect combo of best quote and flexibility to get the work done within a week of me calling him. I found him very friendly to speak with and he quickly understood what needed to be done and provide me a quote. He was booked pretty solidly with work, but agreed to do our shutter work in the evening one night, right after he completed another project. Basically, I called him on a Thursday and he agreed to do my work some time next week. On my part, I had to be a little flexible as he wouldn't know which day or exact time until Monday, which was fine by me. We talked again on Monday and he informed me that he would be there on Wednesday. We then exchanged texts on Wednesday to confirm and then he was there to do the work. As for the work itself, Mike did a great job removing and then installing our new shutters. The finished work looks great and we couldn't be happier. We would happily recommend Mike and will definitely call Mike again for future needs.

Mike and his team were very skilled and detail orientated.   His attention to detail to ensure the work was done correctly and that it looked great was very much appreciated.  The room was always covered and cleaned and he was careful to make sure all was protected. Mike was very knowledgeable, kind, and responsive to all our questions. It's also important to note that he was reliable and punctual as well. Our ceiling came out better than expected!  Will definitely keep Mike's number in our back pocket for any future jobs.

Mike was kind and helpful and got the job done.

Mike is experienced and easy to talk to but almost impossible to get a hold of. I first talked to him about basement and garage renovation. He was very detailed in figured out his approach, which I liked. Within a week, he provides us with a detailed estimate for the basement renovation. The estimate was very detailed itemization of material and labor. However, we never got the quote for garage. Since I wanted to walk with him, I follow up about once a week for about two months but eventually gave up. I was able to get him to build out a lattice under our deck (1/2 day work) and paid him little extra to get him to get back to me about the garage but didn't make a difference.
Overall, if you can get him at your house to work, that's great because quality good and price is affordable...but the problem is getting him to your house. I spent about two months trying so I don't if it would work with most people's timeline.

He was very reasonably priced. He was very quick - he did the whole project in 1 day. He went out to purchase all the materials and cleaned up very well after the job. He was very accommodating. He was really good.

I made an appointment with Mike Handy man about 3 weeks ago but he didn't show up, so i was going to hire another person but he showed up. And solved my problem perfectly and he did a good. I like his price.

Mike was very good other than responsiveness. I have used him a couple of times during the past months. I will use his services again in the future.

Mike and his workers do solid work and he is easy to deal with. All the jobs he has completed for me were done with good workmanship and were fairly priced. The only negative is that Mike is extremely busy, so you have to be a bit patient, however, once he starts the job, he finishes it.

The quality of work was perfect in my opinion. He was on time and very friendly. He cleaned up after himself so it looked like he had never been there. I will use him again.

He did a really good job. He came out yesterday. I liked that he was a thorough person and he knew what he was doing. When he was doing the work there was something that he was not sure and he found an answer. He found solutions to whatever problems he faced and he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and punctual. One other thing that I could say which is a little bit of a negative is that he didn't get back to me when he said he was going to get back to me to schedule and come over to do the job. I called him; he said he was available and asked if tomorrow was okay. That was the only thing which happened and I thought he had forgotten about me. Once I was talking to him and he got me the estimate. He came over on time; he looked everything over and explained everything that you needed to sketch on. He gave me the estimate and I told him that I wanted him to do the job. He was on time and did everything nicely. He did a very good work.

Mike used to build homes in Ireland, he is very skilled in all aspects of handyman work and renovations. He stands by his estimates, and arrives in the time frame quoted. He's the only contractor that I would give the keys to my home. He calls to keep me abreast of his progress. He also comes prepared i.e., if he needs to go to the hardware store, he has done so before my job begins so as to not waste time on my job. His work is very accurate and precise. I highly recommend Mike without reservation, he will not disappoint. I will continue to use Mike for all my handyman work and have asked for a quote to install a bathroom as well.
