Everything went as planned. Arrived timely and spent over two hours cleaning chimney. Honest and reliable.

Keith performed same-day service. He cleaned a 20-foot dryer vent that apparently was very clogged (actually started a fire in the dryer). Very honest, price was extraordinary reasonable. I think he is very honest as well. He checked the chimney and said there was no reason to clean it. It was the second time I had used his services.

They were very good. They were very friendly. They gave me what the conditions of the chimney were. They told me what I could do to correct some minor issues. They cleaned up everything and it was like they were never there. There were no problems.

Not only did they do a good job, but they were very gracious about double billing me. They were really nice. It was a very reasonable price.

We were very satisfied. The person who came out was very nice, friendly and did a good job. He had to go into my back yard to take a look. It was a pleasant experience. Eventually I had to get a new dryer. He showed up on time and gave a good price.

THE ENTIRE JOB WENT WELL.KEITH CLEANED THE FIRE-PLACE CHIMNEY,WHICH HE SAID WAS LONG OVER-DUE.HE ALSO CHECKED AND SAID THE GAS FURNACE CHIMNEY WAS OK and NEEDED NO WORK.

We just moved into our new house last year and discovered that there was no damper in the fire place. Needless to say, we certainly learned what kind of effect a big hole in house would have when the weather got cold.

Excellent. Another chimney person who came in a year ago told me i needed a new flue liner costing almost $2000 installed. After looking for a minute Keith told me it was in fine shape. Finally an honest chimney guy!
He cleaned up the other fire place and chimney and repaired the damper.

They came out when they were supposed to and did a fine job. They were professional and pretty good. They gave me a few pointers on what to look out for in a chimney like cracks that might need to be repaired in the future.

Recently, he installed a chimney cap damper for us and it has made a terrific improvement in eliminating drafts in our our family room.

He did a great job for me. The room is very pale yellow, but he managed to do everything with no soot in the home anywhere.
