It went very well. No drama. They showed up when they were supposed to, and did everything they said they would do.
Because the new countertop material is 1/4 inch thinner than the Formica top and I was retaining my old tile backsplash, they had to add a slim piece of wood on top of the cabinets all around so that there would be no gap between the tile and the counter. They did, and it all looks great.

It has been a really good experience. We are very satisfied with them so far. They are still doing the work but everything is going great. Their price is pretty reasonable and it came in much lower than the other companies. They gave me more brand names for my money and they actually took the time to explain everything. So far with what we are seeing, the quality of their work is very good. They also told me that they would start on a certain date and they did.

Overall, they were great. There were a couple of unforeseen issues. The cabinets were delayed, but Joe kept us in the loop the whole time. I was very pleased with the work and his guys were wonderful and did a great job. They are very reasonably priced and a very nice quality product. The granite is absolutely stunning and with a special, i got great deal. When I finish the rest of my kitchen, I will be going back to Kitchen Vision.

Terrible. A year to finish what was supposed to be a 4-6 week project, weeks of no communication, missed appointment after missed appointment... just a miserable experience. A year later we have massive leaks and problems with mold from shoddy, patchwork work. Just terrible. A shame, because the work LOOKED nice, but wow.

THEY WERE UNRELIABLE. THEY WERE MORE TALK THAN SHOW. WHEN THEY MADE A PROMISE, THEY DID NOT STICK TO IT. EVERYTHING WAS A COMPROMISE WITH THEM. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.
