Was referred, second hand to this company. My system broke on the hottest day of the year. I have a sick child and cannot be without AC. This gentleman came promptly and assessed the situation. He told me quite quickly that I needed a new compressor. Because of the cost, I was hesitant and thought I should get another opinion as I did not know if this was right. My baby had to spend the night with her grandparents and I stayed up all night thinking of all my options. I got onto the computer and saw the reviews from Angie's list were good. I looked at the BBB and decided to trust and go with this company. After a very hot and sleepless night I called him....at 6:30 am. He answered and was there and had the system/compressor replaced that day. He was careful in his work. Unfortunately, that night I realized something was wrong and it was malfunctioning. I called him ....again at 6:30 the next day (after paying him $1800 the previous day). He came that day and stated that the problem was something he should have caught. He apologized profusely, did not charge me for this service call, fixed the problem and told me he wanted me to be happy with his work. He answered all my questions. The AC has been functioning well for a month now. NO problems. I believe he is a man who is true to word and honors what he says. I think he is responsible in his business, a professional, and I would use and recommend his services again.

He said it was the fan. I called back to the company that I have under contract and told them what he said the problem was and had them send out a qualified technitian. What Jersey suggested fixed the problem. He was very professional. He took a long time to explain the sysetem. He charged me the basic fee. I would reccommend him to anybody.
