Jane's initial response was pleasant enough, but she pointed out that I'm "out of their service area", despite the fact that their web site clearly indicates Rockland County and Clarkstown. I am very much in Clarkstown. I responded back and requested that they, "please update your web site, then, because Clarkstown is the first area listed on the New York Service Areas page for Rockland." Instead of an apology, or a thank you for bringing the error to their attention, she replied back with, "We are in Bergen County :)" Well, that's just fantastic, and I'm really pleased for you, but your web site is still wrong, smartass. This is not someone I would want to give a key and the alarm code to my home, or trust with my dogs.
Description of Work: I needed someone to give my dogs a potty break around mid day during the work week.

 + 1 moreDoggy deuce is an absolutely amazing business- and I have been dealing with them now for probably close to 4-5 years. Chris, Jen and the rest of the crew are always responsive to calls or emails! Whenever I go away- they take such good care of my dogs that I don’t feel guilt about leaving them. They have even done emergency walks or pick ups for my dogs when I can’t get home intake to let my dogs out. I have 2 senior dogs who don’t have the best bladder control at this point- so its really nice to know that if I call doggy deuce, they are always there for my two four legged girls!

 + 0 moreThings have been excellent so far. It hasn't been one time. It is recurring.
Description of Work: I use Doggie Deuce for dog walking services. But, also used them for dog training. I just got 2 rescue dachshunds in August and needed the walking service right away. It was easy to do and it has been great working with Jane and Jen on staff. Getting the walks scheduled has been excellent. The owner, Chris, came by the house initially to meet me and my two dogs and go over what they do. I expected just a daily walk but they also change the dogs water and will give them a treat (if allowed and instructed). the leave a note to tell me what the dogs did (pee/poop), The price has been reasonable and helpful to me. An added bonus is that I have a demanding job and sometimes need a second walk and feeding and I can ask for that with no problem. Lastly, one of my dogs has has issues excessive barking and biting. I reached out and Chris came by for a training session. I will be scheduling more. But, he is fantastic. The guidance he provided has been really helpful so far.

 + -1 moreThey are wonderful and they have actually done some training with our Husky. Our Husky was a rescue and the extra training has been a big help in calming her down. Their pricing varies depending on the length of the walk and I find it very reasonable.

 + 0 moreMy dog always has a good time when boarded. I'm sure he's well looked after. Chris understands dog behavior and will reinforce training. The poop-scooping service is great. I have them come the day before my lawn service comes so the yard stays clean. Some scoopers have been more thorough than others, but overall happy with the service.

 + 0 moreWe have used this service for 3 years. Whether it was for several walks a week or just one fill in, the service, response, availability and professionalism is the same . Our dog is alone all day while we are at work. The service is exceptional and very personal. The walkers and main office all know us, and at the click of a text any time of the day/ night they get back to us. There have been times when we have needed unexpected help and not only do they respond very quickly but they are accommodating in helping out. The dog- care givers iincluding Chris, the owner are loving and experienced with our dog and all of our friends who have dogs use this same service . I would 200% recommend doggy deuce to anyone who has pets and wants the best care for them .
Description of Work: Daily dog walking. We have used this service for 3 years. Initially it was more sporadic when kids at home, but now we are all out all day.

 + 0 moreDoggie Deuce is awesome. They come twice a day for us Monday through Thursday to walk and play with our dog as we both work during the day. Extremely reliable which is very important. Not just because we consider Max one of our children - but they also have keys to our house. They have a number of walkers (we love them all but especially Colleen). We can text Chris the owner to get last minute walks or feeds. Would highly recommend Doggie Deuce.

 + 0 moreThey come and pick him up. They only take a maximum of two or three dogs a night. They get free range of the home, they walk them, they'll even bathe them if you want and then drop them off. Whenever they pick him up he runs into their car as fast as possible.
