I thought the work was done correctly but it turn out that the roughing was done incorrect. The diverter was install incorrectly. The hand spray should have been in copper and not brass. The water line for the body sprays are too close to each other that we are not able to tight them up. They also did not place the body spray box in the wall before the title man finished up. I now need to have both walls reopened in order to fix all the problems that this company has caused. New tiles, new plumber, new parts. I would not recommend them.

I've been using them for over 10 years and I have been recommending them to everyone. They provide great customer service and are always very professional.

My basement staircase is very narrow so he actually had to cut the water heater in half to remove it, which was very difficult.
