Organic Carpet Cleaning

I called this company and talk to the owner Rich on the phone about my two area rugs and how I needed them cleaned and how the procedure work because they are very expensive rugs and wanted to make sure they were safe. He told me it was a seven process cleaning. Made the appointment to have them picked up July 11th. The gentleman name Anthony (very nice guy) told me the procedure and assured me I would get the urine treatment and wrap up for storage upon return ( stated on receipt) I was told to call by July 30th to schedule for delivery back to me. So I did and they were returned August 8th unwrapped because they didn't have time or were having a bad day. Anthony told me they were cleaned five times and assured me of that. I paid them and he ask if I wanted them to lay them out and I said no thanks I'll do it later.
When I went to unravel the rugs they had my dogs hair still on them and particles like it was not vacuumed and still smelled of urine in the spots where I have cleaned before the cleaning. They still have the marks where my chairs were moved off the rug. Needles to say they looked and smelled the same as when they were given UNTOUCHED! These rugs were not cleaned. I emailed him which i got no response and than called the owner Rich on August 9th. He told me , he told me his crew did 5 cleanings and he didn't know why they weren't wrap and apologized for that. I told him they still smelled and about the dog hair and how they looked untouched. He said he would come back and pick them up and I said no you had them for almost a month and I want my money back. There was compete silence on his end I had to see if he was still there. He said before I give credit I need a chance to rectify. I told him I didn't want that because it should have been done correctly the 1st time. This Company guaranteed 100% and I got 0% and was scammed out of $325.00 for uncleaned rugs!
This is the promise they make below on the website, which in my case was completely not the case. I have filed with BBB and I'm hoping for my money back.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS MY CARPETS STILL SMELL LIKE URINE AND DIDN'T LOOK ANY NEWER!

Our first appointment was a no-show. When I called, Rich had forgotten about it. Decided to give them another chance. On the 2nd no-show, I called and he was 30 minutes away. Don't know why they don't call you if they are running late. Common coutesy, please! Based on this behavior, I would not recommend them to anyone.
