Owner (Josefath) is very unprofessional w/ time & attendance (extensive number of 'no shows' and partial days worked). Did not perform work as originally contracted (extremely poor workmanship) - despite several opportunities to correct errors, he did not have skills to do so. There was a constant rotation of different workers - no steady crew. Left work area in the house and garage a mess with debris and tools. Ultimately, quit working with job halfway complete, which required I hire another contractor to finish all unfinished work. Would not recommend for any project.
