Tantucci Home Renovations LLC

This is the second time we've used Tantucci for major home improvements.  Steve and his crew are wonderful.  Steve explains things clearly and points out issues that will need to be addressed before work can begin.  He and his crew are trustworthy and very competent.  I'd hire them again in a heartbeat (and I am...we are having the windows replaced soon.)

They were very good! Steve worked well with us. He and his wife were very nice. They were neat, clean and very helpful.

Steve Tantucci is a calm, even-tempered professional who knows both general contracting as well as actually performing numerous construction roles. He takes personal involvement in all aspects of the project. Our start date was negotiated after reviewing his proposals. Changes were dealt with as they were requested/discovered and everything was documented and agreed prior to doing any work. He has a staff that has been with him for at least  the 7 years we have worked with him on various projects, which started as a major kitchen remodel. Since then he has reconstructed 2 bathrooms from the studs out (now working on our 3rd), a new hardwood staircase and floors, 2 bay windows, sliding doors, a new roof and many other projects. Steve is the first and only contractor we call. He's just that good. Every aspect of the relationship has been A-rated. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I like the fact that he's local and takes great pride in his work. I also like the way he approaches our concerns and issues. There's always a discussion and never an argument. On top of all that, he, his wife and staff are genuinely nice people. 
By the way, we even had him go to brooklyn to complete window and door construction after Hurricane Irene. 
Tantucci is the BEST!
