I have used TA for 17 years, first scheduled appointment was a no-show. After waiting a month for service. Waited another three weeks for service. After the service was completed, the technician said the service charge had increased. They never told me that on the phone $125 time to find a new service.

Tom was able to get my lawn covered despite substantial tree root issues. He offers clear explanations and his team works efficiently. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work (8 zones) and new equipment. Tom is my new sprinkler guy. I fired the old one (me). -Bill S, PE

I called two weeks ago to book the appointment and the lady in the phone said the earliest appointment would be today and i said yes. And she said the person who can open the system would come between 12 pm to 4 pm and now is 8 pm and guess what the person didn't come. I even called during the day and the lady said they are behind the schedule but they would come. Hey it is 8:17 and where are you?

No issues. Tom and crew were great. Walked the entire yard and gave professional recommendations based on his opinion. System was in good condition just needed updating. Pricing was fair and service was done in about 2 hours. 16 sprinkler heads, 1 master valve and 2 heads moved after all said and done. Have full coverage now and waiting for my lawn to take shape now.

I have worked with them before, they are always prompt to answer phone or return calls, courteous and always on time. Tom is a very friendly and caring gentleman and willing to listen to customer concerns and go an extra mile if necessary. Honestly, cannot think of any cons at this time. Will use their service again.

Quite a few families in my communities are serviced by TA sprinkler. They installed the sprinklers for my yard and do spring startup and weatherization for several years already. Very dependable and professional as well.
