Rick was punctual. He came with Lou and they set up scaffold across the entire front of my house. They took down all the old gutters and rotten wood beneath, measured and went to purchase lumber and got my house in tip top shape. I am so pleased every time I look up above the garage now. The work performed was above average. I will definitly use him again. Rick is top notch and I recommend him highly!

The work was done timely, accurately and efficiently. We were very pleased with the service and the professionalism. The job stayed within the budget we agreed to at the beginning of the job.

These guys (Rick, Lou and Kenny) are great!

I called for an estimate and Rick (owner) came pretty quickly. He gave me a rough verbal estimate and said he'd write something up. It took a few days to get the estimate, but it was reasonable and I had used Rick before for a small job, so I knew he was 1)good and 2)reliable.

He gave me recommendations on where to shop for tile, faucets, cabinets, etc.

He and his men showed up when they said they would each day. They were industrious, friendly, and considerate of the fact that we had pets. Rick patiently answered any questions I had and offered advice when I had to make a decision about something and was unsure what to do. The job went pretty smoothly, but when something came up, Rick always gave me different options (less expensive vs. more expensive) to choose from.

A list of things they did:
gutted the old bathroom
put up new sheetrock
put in a new tub
put in a niche in the "side" wall of the shower
put in tile in the tub wall (including the niche - not an easy task) and on the floor
put in molding along the edge of the floor
put in new windows
put in new faucets and showerhead in the tub, sink and shower
put in a new sink/vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, wall cabinet (over the toilet)
put in new light fixtures
put in wall electrical sockets
painted
put up a safety bar and shower curtain in tub, and towel racks and toilet paper holder in room

And they did everything GREAT! I LOVE my bathrooms!!

The job went as planned with almost no issues. Very pleased with Rich and Lou's work. We would definitely use them again.

Rick Born and Lou worked on the project over a two day period. Day one they removed linoleum floor, removed the toilet, put in a sub floor and laid out the tile on the floor. The second day the tile grout was placed between the tiles and the toilet placed back in place.
They came on time both days and were professional. We were very pleased with the results and will use Rick and Lou for other house improvement projects going forward.

I called to arrange getting an estimate, and left a message on his cell phone. He called back within 2 hours and we set something up for that day. He came promptly, gave me an estimate, and said he could come that week, so we set up a time. He came, he carpentered, he left! He did a terrific job, and treated this small job with as much respect as if it were a $5,000 job. I really appreciated that. I will use him for all my carpenter needs in the future!

He's very reasonably priced and very honest. He was very punctual.

The bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt with a tiled bath and partially tiled walls. The baseboard molding was neatly installed and level. The attic ladder was also solidly installed. All quality materials were used and close attention to details were paid. When I'm ready I'll have him do my kitchen. Hire his guy!

Highly recommended! Professional, reliable, always met timeframe given. Our home looks amazing showroom quality! Friends and family have asked for his number! I love how meticulous and clean from start to finish the workmanship shows. Priced appropriately for each job completed. Again highly recommended!

Perfect only problem was the weather either rain or tropical but he always called or stopped by to check the site for wetness.

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Rick.
