Oil changes are included when you purchase something from there, so I don't pay anything for it. I lease my truck from there, too, so it is good.

We had a great experience at Oasis Chevrolet. We've had the car for three years now. We received two years of free oil changes. There were a couple of other minor repairs that came up that we were not charged for. The customer service from sales to service was always professional.

they gave me a good price, they explained it detail. they had it done int the 3 days they said it would take. The whole truck was washed and clean ready to go.

I purchased my Chevy Equinox in 2011, and had a great experience with Marco, one of their sales people. Marco was easy to work with, and he didn't pressure my husband and I into the purchase. (We had a terrible experience with another Chevrolet dealer in Woodbridge, so Marco and the team at Oasis were a delight to do business with.)
Included in the purchase of the vehicle were 2 years of free oil changes. This June, I will have had my car 2 years and have used their service department many times for oil changes and other minor things that have come up. One of the car mats ripped, and they replaced it at no charge. I also had problems with my car lurching when the car accelerated, and they performed several computer updates at different times until the problem was resolved (at no charge).
The service department is extremely organized, friendly, and honest. They have never tried to repair something that doesn't need repair. They have a nice waiting area, and they assign a service manager to each customer, so you get individualized service and frequent updates while your car is being serviced. I will continue to go to their service department and pay for oil changes even though it's a 25 minute drive from my house.

I wanted a General Motors certified workshop or repair shop. I bought my car from another company. I had an accident where I ran into a curb which I couldn't see in the dark. There was a lot of damage to the car and I took it to an auto shop. There were several damages to the radiator and the condenser. So, that auto shop said that they didn't do painting. I asked them as to who should I go to. They told me that as long as I go to a Chevy or a General Motors certified body shop, the warranty will still remain. So, I looked at some companies and I found Oasis Chevrolet, which is not too far from where I live. Their price was excellent. There were two shop foremen; one handled the office and the other handled the work itself. They gave me the breakdown on the damage. They pretty much confirmed what most technicians had said. They were willing to give me a discount which was a senior citizen discount on the cost of the repairs. They did the work on the car as if they were doing it for themselves. It was really good. When the car was all repaired, the car looked brand new. It was sensational. The people were great. They had excellent prices. Their default shop labor price was $44 to $48, which was negotiable depending upon the amount of damage and things like senior citizen and stuff like that. They give you excellent directions to get to their place. It could be a little better though. There is a guy in the office and he did the negotiating on the price. I would go there again without a doubt. I had some people look at the repairs and they said that it was absolutely a great job as they could imagine anybody doing. They are really good. I would absolutely recommend them. Oasis is also a Chevy and General Motors certified dealer. I didn't buy the car there, but the people at the body shop actually took the car to the dealer where they could do normal service. That included a wheel alignment. When you hit the curb, the wheels would be bent. So, they did an alignment test and they didn't even charge me for it. It was under warranty and I had to pay a very small amount. I have nothing bad to say about them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
