Installed windows that I did not contract for. Additionally, he did such
a deplorable job that I had to have all these windows replaced. He has
committed numerous frauds and theft by deception with numerous people,
and currently has
various indictments in the State of NJ.

After the inspection they left and said would send on Monday 5/12/14 an engineer to verify, a man came to do that. Then I never heard from them... it's been over a month. All the numbers are disconnected.

They came and they demonstrated their windows, they showed why they're superior windows. I did have an issue with the installation, I couldn't lock the windows but they did come and repair them last week. With the prices they charged, the installation would have been correct. I like the quality of the windows, the fact that they seemed to filter noise and pollutants but one of the reasons why I went with them was I like the locks on their windows as well.
