The repair was completed (cables and springs for dishwasher door were replaced) but after the repair I now have a problem with the water inlet valve. Don't know if the repair caused the problem. Astre said it wasn't caused by them. But they didn't disconnect the water line before yanking the dishwasher out from under the counter so maybe, maybe not. I'm going try another service for the valve replacement.

Mike and Steve, who are the owners, are responsive professionals. Mike especially has lots of experience and wants to do the right thing. He is not looking to sell but to repair the washer correctly. I highly recommend them.

Be careful, these guys will scam you. I hired them to fix a valve in my oven. After several delays and return visits, the tech fixed the valve, but broke the clips that hold the panel on my oven while doing the repair. The tech requested that I give them full payment as the valve was changed and promised to return in 2 days to fix the damage he caused. Its now been 2 months, I payed them in full and my oven is being held together with duct tape thanks to the damage they did. They dont return calls and have not refunded any of my money or made efforts to fix what they broke. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE!!!

The repairman, Chase the owner's son, was not very accommodating. Water spilled all over my floors making a mess to clean up. He had an attitude from the beginning. After he left, I discovered that he failed to replace the back panel of my washer. I have placed numerous calls asking that he return to replace the panel to no avail. I would not recommend this company for service and would definitely not use them again

In an industry full of disreputable companies these guys stand out and are the complete opposite. I highly recommend them. Iâ ve used many appliance repair services over the years and Iâ m glad to have finally found a company that is honest, trustworthy, and very professional.

While they were not able to repair our refrigerator, the technician was knowlegable. First visit he did a diagnostic and ordered a part. Returned in two days with the part and replaced it. When he left I was not convinced the fridge was working properly, but the technician assured me it was working. The next day the fridge still was not cold. After doing some research, it was determined I had a freon leak and it was not worth repairing as it would not hold freon anymore. They refunded my repair money and only charged me for the service call less $20 since they could not repair the unit. My only complaint is they do not get back to you when promised. You have to keep after them for updates and information. Because of their repair approach and honesty, I do recommend them.

Chase was very pleasant and knowledgeable and performed his work in a very timely manner. He was thorough and neat in his job performance. I would definitely recommend him and Astre!

Communicated throughout the process from setting up appointment and scheduling to letting me know ahead of time they were on their way. Completed the repair quickly I asked for other items to be checked and was told that everything was fine - so didn't try to up sell unnecessary repairs - always great to deal with someone whose honest Charge was very reasonable

My initial contact from/with this company was great. Someone called me immediately and followed thru with everything we discussed during our initial conversation. The repairman who arrived (same day) for the initial evaluation was great. He was professional & thorough with his explanations. THEN, they seemed to drop the ball. Had I not called them 4 days later for a status update of my repair, I'm not sure when it would have been done. Apparently, someone in the office neglected to follow thru with next steps so my repair was not scheduled until I called for a status. Once the mishap was cleared up, the repair was scheduled and completed to my satisfaction.

Very efficient, very nice guy. He knew what he was doing. It took him maybe 15 minutes to repair my refrigerator. I would use him again.

the technician did not do a thorough diagnosis with my Dryer on the first visit. He had to come back 3 times in total. when parts were ordered and installed he found the machine to need more parts to make it run. he says, "it's a good machine but it will be expensive to fix".

Everything was satisfactory. It would have been easier if rescheduling the follow up appointment was a little easier, but other than that the experience was fine.
