I decided to buy a new car elsewhere

I did not care for the salesman nor the way the dealership is managed. After I signed the contract for my lease and handed in trade-in, they came back to me claiming they have to raise the price of my monthly payment. It was much higher than I expected. I also realized, after using another dealer for servicing, that I was sold an extended warranty that I didn't know about. Why would they sell me a warranty when I was leasing the car? I was continuously receiving calls, emails and mailings from All American Ford when I leased a Subaru from All American Subaru! I asked them to please stop sending me advertisements for Ford but they didn't care, they kept sending out advertisements for Ford products. It's obvious they cater more to Ford than to Subaru. The waiting area for Ford customers is very large, plenty of food and coffee is offered. The waiting area for Subaru customers is considerably smaller. They did offer coffee but no snacks.

They have excellent service. Their price depends whatever they repair. It depends on what you have done. I can call them and get an appointment anytime. They have a lounge with coffee doughnuts. Everyone is courteous. Their mechanics are very well qualified. They have their act together. In fact, they are in the process of expanding.

It didn't cost anything because my husband has one of those maintenance deals with the car that you bought. The people are really nice. They're very accommodating. I got a recall on a modular light thing that I had paid over $800 for. After I paid that money, I got a notice from Ford that this was a recall. I had already paid over $800. They researched. They did the work and within two weeks I got a check of what I paid them for the lighting module thing. They're great. They came up with a higher price than I thought was reasonable and I was like, "You know what. I've got a son. I'm going to buy him a brand new car. He is commuting back and forth to college. We bought two cars here. Guess what? You don't give me something more reasonable, I'm buying my car somewhere else." They came down like $500 or $600. We did buy the car for him there. We use them all the time. They have a shuttle service. Their service is great. I have no complaints at all.

They are really good. They are local and they are close to home. They will drive you home if you are going to leave your car. The heater went out in my husband's truck and when they found out what part it was then they ordered it. When it came in, they said to bring the car in and said it will be there for a couple of hours. They gave us $5,000 or $6,000 for the truck we traded in and then we put money down then paid in cash for my son's Ford Focus and then the car was ready when they said it would be. They will send survey after they have maintenance with you and if you have any problems or things didn't turn out right, they will call you on the phone or email you.

Went well, very professional service department and comfortable waiting area. Oil Change was completed in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with courteous service.
