They went in removed the mold, sealed the door ways and were very efficient in performing their jobs. They understood what I needed done and when. Brian met with my MIL twice with no issue. The staff were super-courteous and efficient. They did not try to sell you anything extra, which is a breath of fresh air. They also cleaned the vents because of my husband's asthma.

Brian and his crew removed mold in my basement. They did a wonderful job, the service was fast, the price was fair. Amazing company from top to bottom.

Two young men removed the old insulation [wearing proper protection]. Remediation was done for the mold. Exhaust fan ran on first level all weekend. White stuff was sprayed all around and insulation replaced. Hopefully all is taken care of. I'm getting an exhaust fan to pull out damp air when needed and keeping an eye out for water pipe leaks. There were two days of hard work, and the old moldy material was bagged and removed. Not much room to move around down there either.

The first floor of our house received about 18' of flood waters that in Hoboken included raw sewage and oil contamination. Working in conjunction with our contractor who did the demolition of the contaminated area, Michael and Eddie came right out and within two weeks after the flood our place was dry and remediated for mold. They were both great to work with given the terrible circumstances and took my calls and answered my questions every time. I was glad to get that part of this terrible ordeal over as soon as possible so that we can start to rebuild.

They quoted me $375 for testing. I moved forward and the test came back clean. They said they could help with general clean up, but found no mold. I am certain that I have mold and am having the health department come out for another opinion. All I received from 911 was a verbal report for my $375. They were to send a copy of their findings, but I haven't received it.

They did a mold test. They told me they do other kinds of work. The mold tests came back negative. I asked them for advice on what to do. They gave me some advice and they said that they could refer me to other people and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. They told me I should hire a plumber to see if I had any leaky pipes. They also told me that I should have my gutters checked out. It seemed like if you have a old problem they cannot help you. The secretary never called me back either. I tried to call back.

I contacted 911 Restoration because I had mold growing in the crawl space of my basement. An inspector offered to stop by within 45 minutes. Michael came and took tests. When the results came back Michael was very upfront with me "he explained the type of mold, the health risks and what it would require to remove it and how I can prevent it from happening in the future. He was very informative. He provided me with a clear estimate for the work. I was happy to see there wasn't a bunch of fees and extra charges. He charged me for the work that they did. I was very satisfied with this company. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. The team was very polite and kept everything clean.
