Everything was great, he was on time and got the job done faster then expected. He gave me a quote that was great and didn't charge me extra for a few extra items.

Entire job, (all three rooms) were gutted and removed in less than two days. Mark worked in a professional manner throughout the demolition. The flooring leading to the kitchen had just been refinished a couple months prior to this renovation. Him and his helper took extra care not to damage the flooring, and taped off all rooms not being demo'd so no dust would enter those rooms.
I asked him to leave the dumpster for a few days, as I had other things to get rid of, and when I called to have it picked up, he scheduled the pickup for the following morning and he was right on schedule. I couldn't have asked for the dirtiest part of the job to go any better. Mark was very friendly and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend him without reservation.
