Absolutely terrible. The brand new 2015 Yamaha 9.9 motor was actually an older in stock 2012 mfg.date that was different model# also(cheaper and they had in stock already). Was on boat for only 6 months usage when it came completely off the boat and went under water from them not bolting motor thru Transom(standard procedure!).Scott picked up motor and treated it to repair it.When I informed him that I found out off warranty that they had had done a bait and switch on motor and I would not accept repaired motor back he snuck up to our boat slip/trespassed/installed the "repaired" motor back on the boat without our permission or knowledge(my wife discovered it being put back on as she was driving by !).After 2 weeks of fighting and threatening them with court and police charges for trespassing the owner(Drew) finally agreed to put new correct model #motor(mfg.2014) in lieu of damaged motor that was "accidentally" installed to begin with the agreement of also giving me $300 check which was 10% off the cost of original motor price. In addition I was getting a $250 credit from Yamaha due to rebate which I could use vs. extended warranty(which I told Drew I could get from them).Well it ended up that rebate goes to dealer instead of direct to customer and when I requested to buy extended 3 yr. warranty thru them with the $250 Yamaha credit they lied and said the $300 check was to cover warranty ! Scott and Drew both are outright liars that can't be trusted and Scott especially could care less about customer once he has sold you the boat and motor(numerous complaints about him from other people on our lake).I had to go to both Yamaha and Sweetwater regional sales reps. to get them to agree on new motor and the $300.Yamaha rep. did the right thing and gave me 3 yr. warranty for no cost as good faith gesture on their part(something Scott and Drew have no concept of).In fact when having heated phone call the last time I spoke to Drew he accused me of being "the type person who only cares about himself".Well that's because neither one of them did !!! Steer clear of these bait and switch crooks!Any other further warranty work for motor or boat will be done by other authorized dealers other than them! I also lost 5 weeks of usage of the boat due to fight with them over terms of new motor/$ refund.
