They were excellent. They originally came out three years ago for an estimate and told me that I didn't need it replaced yet. Three years later when I did needed it done, they honored that price. The communication was excellent. They were clean and neat. They did everything they said they would do. They performed extra services and did not charge me. I highly recommend them.

We had a small tree limb fall onto our roof that ripped off the gutter. While I was cleaning the debris off the roof I noticed a small hole (2"-3") in the roof over the soffitt. I got a recommendation from my neighbor for Bert Wilcox and gave him a call. A short discussion made the determination that due to the location of the hole an immediate repair was not required. He also indicated that he didn't do gutters but he could subcontract the work. That was fine with me as long as it got taken care of. It did and unbfortunately less than two weeks after the repair another limb fell and made a 6" to 8" hole through the roof and and soffitt again! Fortunately this hole was also in the soffitt and did not require an immediate repair but the newly replaced gutter was not damaged. This was repaired promptly and professionally. I would defintely use Bert again.

He was the only one of three roofers to get back to me. At the time, I only wanted to repair the part that was leaking. They came within a week or two and did a great job. They cleaned everything up beautifully and the roof and skylights held up well during Sandy. I had decided to try to get another couple of years out of the remainder of the roof and had some damage. Although he must have had many people calling for help, he came and gave me an estimate.
The roof looks lovely. They arrived early, got to work and finished late in the afternoon. As it was getting dark they returned the next morning to clean up. The roof looks great, the skylight looks great and they.did a thorough job cleaning up.
