The owner of the company is very knowledgeable and professional. However, the crew on our job was terrible. Installation took over 1 week, and it was unclear when they would come back out to ensure the system was working. Technicians on crew speculated on a variety of reasons why the system would not work, when in the end, it appeared to be faulty wiring to the thermostat. Level of workmanship was poor at best and sloppy. Connections to the main line of the air conditioner were loose and leaking air. We found two connections to diffusers that were not connected at all and/or barely connected. The price we paid was on the high end of the estimates. Owner did not account for items in estimate and then wanted to charge us extra to complete the job. We would never use this company again.
