Absolute Quality Lawncare

It went fine. They were in and out in one day. They did everything that they said they were going to do and they left it very clean. It was a reasonable price. Not cheap, not expensive. They hauled it back into the woods, so that is why it was cheaper. If they would have hauled it away it would have been another $800. I also spoke to them and supposedly got a deal. The only thing I would say bad about it was I had talked to him about other things while he was there. We had the hurricane and stuff, so there were some trees that were down that I asked if his guys could pull it off to the back where he was putting that one tree, and he said, “okay.” When he made the price that was sort of included in the price. They came while I was at work, so when I came back the tree was down, the tree was taken care of, but none of the extra stuff that I had asked him for was taken care of. So, I called him and asked him to come back. He wasn’t there it was just this guy and he would send his guys back, and they never came back. He did the service that I asked him to do, which was to take down the tree. It was the extra stuff that he didn’t do that I thought was included in on the price. As it was I got a good price for just taking down the tree, so I didn’t really complain about it. It was just something that I thought was going to happen and didn’t happen, but I can’t really fault his services of taking down the tree. He did a great job of taking down the tree. The guy did supposedly give me a deal and he did a great job for what I hired him for. It was just the little extra things, because they were extra things I didn’t push it. I kind of wouldn’t have minded knowing the day he was coming. That was the other thing that he didn’t know what day. He was just going to come when the guys were in the area. I wouldn’t have minded being there when it happened so that I could have made sure everything was done. You never think the price is cheap enough, of course it was right there by the house. I think it was a fair price. He came right away. When I called him, he was there right away, he walked around the property and he was a nice guy. That was when he came to look at the job. Then his guys were there within a week. I was surprise. Again, I didn’t know when they were coming, I just came home from work and the tree wasn’t there and there really was no mess anywhere. Like you wouldn’t have even known if I had not known that there was a tree there. They did a great job and all of that.

I hired this company to clear/grade my backyard to soil level. They did a very good job clearing, but in the process the a lot of the bad soil removed ended up in my front yard. I had about an inch of soil on healthy lawn. They did not remove the soil, all they did was throw a hand full of grass seed and left it. I have disability and I had to fix it. I wasn't going to pay a professional to do the work, what I paid this business was a small fortune.

I was going to be billed and then I was going to complain, but the bill never came. I got curious as to why I wasn't billed. It was three months later I received a bill from these people. I know they were conducting drive-by's checking out my lawn and when it looked good enough they'd send me a bill. A few days ago their foreman came by and admitted he had driven by my place. He slipped, he shouldn't have admitted this. And the only reason someone came to my home is because I recorded the work they did in March! I sent them photos and video of the work and the damage they did to my front yard.

A couple of months after they graded my back yard I had a jungle of things that has never grown in the back yard! I can only think that their equipment must have had dormant seedlings or something. I have what looks like trees growing. Now I have to hire another business to clear this!

I will never, ever again hire and quot;Absolute Quality Lawn Care Inc. and I do not recommend them to anyone. Wait, I would recommend to them to bad guys.

Howdy, how ya doin?

I guess this is long enough to wait before paying you. I didn’t think you’d mind, since it took you three months to bill me.

Check out the photos and watch the attached video to the end. You’re people didn’t even attempt to clean up the mess created in my front yard. I didn’t want to put out more money to have a professional fix it so I had to try to do it myself. And it hurt! I did mention I’m a disabled vet, didn’t I? It took me about a week to rake off what I could and it laid me up for a bit before I could try to seed and water. Still hasn’t fully recovered.

I was expecting to be billed right away and when the bill was received I was going to complain. The bill for your service never came until about three months after. Why?

The photos and video will be posted on Angie’s List, Facebook and anywhere else I can think of. Sorry, but your people didn’t do right by me. My neighbors couldn’t believe what your people did to my yard! Needless to say I will never even think of hiring you again, or recommending your business. Please have a good day.

And the lawn isn't completely recovered, it's thin in places and other things had started growing which I had to make sure I pulled out by the roots. Nope, these people cost me too much. This business might have done good work for others, but they failed me.

They were very fast in coming out and giving me a quote. The price was very fair and I was happy with the work performed.

Arrived a month earlier than promised due to another cancellation. The earlier work was welcomed!.. Team arrived with equipment and worked hard all day to clear out and clean up the property. This was the first step in transforming the landscaping on the property. Will definitely use them for future planting and planning. Communication is excellent, very professional.

Their work is excellent. These guys take particular care of your yard. They have separate teams with different areas of responsibility visiting your property at different times. Each team looks at their job as a craft. These guys are going to do selective chemical treatment. You have a sense of professionalism that you don't see with others.

They are very professional and nice. They are very reliable and responsible. They are very businesslike. They are the best I have ever used. They do a lot of extra stuff. They are moderately priced.

Ower called with estimate and it was the lowest price i had been quoted among similar companys. lawn cut, raking and edging 40 per cut.

I love Angie's List. I wanted to tell Angie's List that they were excellent. I've never been disappointed with Angie's List. They were very good. The job was done in a timely fashion. It was value related to the quote. Overall, it was a good experience. My lawn never looked better. I'm planning to send them money for the fall again because they were that good. My lawn looks great. The only thing is that I didn't get enough water on the back at one point. I would highly recommend them. There were 2 places. They've proved to have similar ownership and the one that I used from New Jersey was gorgeous. It's a big lawn. Its front and back and I didn't feel cheated at all. I felt that I was giving them more money because they were that good. I'm ready to send them a check now for 2 treatments. I'm definitely going to use them again when I go to Jersey. I was recommend to use Angie's List about 4 years ago and I've never been disappointed. For instance, I didn't need the extermination and the guy too told me that I didn't need. I wanted to give him $20 to get a coffee. He explained things to me and when I asked him if I owed him anything, he said I didn't owe him anything. Angie's List is my ultimate choice and it has provided exceptional service.

We were using them for the first time. They come out weekly and we pay them weekly. The quality of their work so far has been excellent. When we call them they call us right back. We have no complaints.

Jim from Absolute Quality Lawncare responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He communicated by e-mail, setting a date for the first cut and explaining the billing process. They came the next day and did a spectacular cutting and edging job on my lawn. Clean up was very thorough. Absolute has a day of the week for each area they cover, so it is convenient to be ready for them. My old service would show up whenever they felt like (usually on a Sunday when we were having a backyard barbeque) and sometimes not at all for an extended period. I like these guys and hope we have a long-term relationship.

They are very reasonable, they are very good and they clean up very well. I am very satisfied with their work. I don’t have anything negative about them at all. The price is excellent. They are responsive and punctual.

They did a great job. My lawn has never been cleaner--better than I ever did by myself, and I'm pretty picky. Because they grind up the leaves, I'm able to reuse them as mulch--a great dividend!

We like our lawn company and we think they are reliable. They are always on time. They do a good job. I have no real problems with them. Our property is pretty big and they work hard so I would say I was satisfied. The guy who comes is really sweet too.
