More Core Construction replaced my neighbor's roof, and I was impressed. My 20 year old roof developed a leak and I could think of no better company than More Core Construction. I met with Josef and he not only inspected the roof from outside, he also went into the attic to inspect the underside of the wood decking. He gave me a quote and we agreed on some upgrades. The work done by his crew in ONE Day was EXCELLENT! From site prep to rip off, and the installation of new roof shingles... they did a great job, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend More Core Construction for your roofing project.

Responsive, reliable, timely and most of all professional. Joe Handwerker crew was well organized, equipped and some of the hardest working teams out there. They stripped and replaced my roof in a single day and and had the gutters up the next day. Joe was very responsive to our needs and made sure when his team left the yard was left clean and all furniture on my deck returned to its proper place. Fast roof replacement at a great price!

I had 3 contractors give me estimates and Joe's was the lowest and most thorough. I was nervous taking the lowest bid, but I knew exactly what was being replaced and how much he was charging. When I got the bill, it was for exactly the same amount as our agreement. They got it done in 1 day, where the next contractor said it would take 2-3 days. Joe's crew said they would arrive between 7:30am - 8:00am and got there at 7:32am and were up on the roof just a few minutes later attaching the tarps and pulling off the shingles. They didn't stop until 6 pm when the last nail and scrap of roofing felt was picked up. I couldn't be more impressed. I did that roof 30 years ago, and watching them do it for me was a great experience. The roof looks great and I am sure that I went with the best.

I normally would hire someone word of mouth but decided to go with HomeAdvisor. I had 3 people come out but went with More Core Construction. Joe was hands down awesome. He was the only one that actually went on the roof, gave me a quote and then went back on the roof to patch it up till I got the new roof. Even if it wasn t with them. They came out and got it done in 1 day. Super clean and very professional.

Joe and his crew went out of their way to give me a Fantastic new roof with all the Trimmings..Finally a dry house and I can see out of my new Skylight..Highly Recommend!

I contracted MoreCore Construction to replace my garage roof. Since there were leaks I realized that some sections of plywood would need to be replaced. I spoke with Howard by phone and gave him the requested info...he quoted me an estimate but said he would need to see the roof itself to give me a firm price. He came down a few days later and after looking at my garage from the outside said he could stick to the estimated price. He did say if plywood was needed it would be an additional $50.00 per sheet and if tounge in groove was needed it would be $65.00 per sheet. I was told the job would take place in two-three weeks. After a month I called Howard and he gave me the owners phone number. I called Ralph(owner) and set up a date for October 2,2019. Crew was here bright and early and did a great job replacing the roof and sections of plywood. Did a good job of cleaning the perimeter of the garage. They never cleaned the inside of the garage! There was shingles,wood and nails all over my garage floor and on the upper shelving. I waited for Ralph or Howard to call me asking how I like the job since the crew just packed up and left but no communication. I needed to clean the garage since my dog stays inside it at times, so I spent the next two days cleaning out the floor area. Sometime during those two days Ralph came on my property to take an unused sheet of plywood for another job.. I would have thought we would have knocked on my door or called and said he was outside but nothing. Got my bill a few days later via email! Sent out check on. October 12,2019 with a note of my dissatisfaction as they also charged me for 5 sheets of tongue in groove and not the plywood. Ralph called me on October 16th stating he would talk to Howard and get back to me...which he has not. Based on the fact that he does not check back on the work done where this cleanup would have been resolved immediately I had to do the cleanup they were contracted to do. I am also displeased the difference in what I was told the plywood would cost as to what I was actually charged. On November 11,2019 I edited my review to reflect that after further conversation with Howard I was financially compensated for the cleanup I had to do on my own. I would also add that in a letter I received from More Core with the check they write & We normally do not handle the interior of a project as we are working on the exterior and we don't want to be held responsible for the contents but my contract states Clean up and haul away all job related debris.

Joe was the only contractor that we contacted who talked us through ALL the details of our roofing job including several suggestions such as replacing our aging sky lights. His pricing was very competitive and he did everything in a very timely fashion. His crew was courteous and did a great job including complete clean up. Highly Recommend

Josef from More Core was my main point of contact and he provided the estimate, ordered the materials and managed the entire effort from beginning to end. Josef was a pleasure to deal with and was in total control of the project throughout. The roofers employed by More Core are skilled craftsmen especially Marshall who was the crew chief and mastermind of the roofing crew. The tear-off and re-roofing was done all in one day and the clean-up was impeccable. The crew that installed the metal roof were even better that the asphalt roofers if that is at all possible. The metal roof installation is a work of art and well worth the investment as it enhances the appearance of our home beyond expectation. The transformation of our home by More Core far exceeded our expectation and you can trust that they will do a quality job with outstanding workmanship. After all, a roof installation is one of the biggest investments you can make on the exterior of your home and you can rest assured when you use More Core you will be getting the best there is for your money and the outcome will be yours to enjoy for many many years to come. I highly recommend More Core and Josef and his team of craftsmen. You will never regret it!

Did the work on time. Left the outside very clean. Had some small issues they were corrected ASAP.

I can't say enough wonderful things about More Core Construction. Joe communicated regularly regarding the timeline. We absolutely recommend More Core for all roofing needs. Honestly this was probably one of the best construction experiences we have ever had and we are thrilled with the finished product!

John was an excellent supervisor. The crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. They finished in 1 day and the clean up was excellent. Howard was our salesperson and he was very honest and up front about the work and cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Joe was such a nice person. He took the time and explained everything to my wife and I. Come roofing day his team showed up and got to work very quickly. Roof came out beautiful and definitely made our home look more up to date and modern. My wife and I were very happy with the work and the outcome. The only thing we would have liked to have been a little better was the clean up. I don’t know if the forgot to run the magnet in my driveway but I had to of picked up at least 3 dozen or more nails in my driveway. Other then that everything was flawless. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great job well done.

More Core is very easy to work with. The roof looks great and and Joe made sure problems with the wood sheathing were addressed. We got 3 other estimates and More Core's was the most detailed. There were no surprises during or after the job. Price was very reasonable. I had a few questions and Joe answered all of them before the job began. Easy to schedule and job was done ahead of schedule. The workers were very careful with our property and did a great clean-up.
