Description of Work: I needed some mold remediation for a leak I had in my crawl space. I got four quotes: $5,000, $5,750, $6,200 and a out of the ball park quote from ServicePro of $17,000. Needless to say I did not select ServicePro.

 + -1 moreIt went well. The employees were professionals and very pleasant. If you asked them any question they gladly answered. They told you what was going on and how they are going to fix the problem.
Description of Work: I had a pipe break and water went everywhere. They came and found the problem and removed all the water and dampness in the area.

biohazard cleanup
 + -1 moreLet me just begin by saying I can not believe that this company can get away with the insanely over priced UNNECESSARY work that they give estimates for. I can only hope that not many of the Sandy victims were taking advantage of . They gave us an estimate of 11,000.00+ dollars to clean up mold and redo insulation in our 1750 sq ft rancher. In the estimate they recommended we get the mold removed from the attic and replace that insulation as well. Upon receiving the estimate and regaining my breath I called the local insulation company and asked him for a mold company , and the one he gave me has given us an estimate of around 1550.00 to treat the mold under the house and has informed us that there is NO MOLD IN THE ATTIC!! And the insulation up there is fine and up to code. So all told I will be repairing and treating the storm damage for about 3550.00!! Which leaves enough to pay for the new heater which was destroyed from the storm. ServPro's estimate took up the entire claim and that's without the heater. PLEASE!! get a second opinion before giving this company a DIME!!!! The better Business Bureau should look into these people!!
