Contrary to constractual agrreements, he did not finish the work. The work was poor. He put all the shingles on wrong. There were no hurricane straps. There was a large gap between the house and new addition. The new addition was not connected to the house when it was supposed to be. He was also paid to put a new roof on the garage and the roof still leaks. He was supposed to put new ply wood and re-rubber it, but the roof continued to leak. We had to hire a new contractor to finish the work. While he was putting the new addition on, he ran over my well pipe and broke it. We had to put a new well in and he refused to help pay for it. We never saw him again after that.
