They were very accommodating with my simple request. I didn't have access to a fax machine or a printer but I forwarded my document to their account, I signed it, then they faxed it. They could have charged me but they didn't, and I thought that was quite nice.

We have three computers on an in-home network, only one was getting on the internet. The technician first checked for possible viruses, spyware, and set up problems but didn't find any. He then brought in a new router that he had on his truck and that did the trick.
