American landscaping

I hired American Landscaping to replace my front concrete steps after they had completed some landscaping for me. They initially seemed like good, honest guys, who sat down in my dining room and discussed all the possibilities for this project. The work was completed on time and looked great. After a few months however, water started pooling very badly on one side of the steps which mad it nearly impossible to use my front door during rain. I contacted the company in May, and they assured me they would take care of it. After 2 months of waiting, I finally was able to get a date from them as to when they would fix it. They never showed up on that date however, and have failed to answer any of my texts, phone calls, or emails since then. It is now almost a month later and I am planning on taking legal action against them in order to resolve this. I am very disappointed, as this a tremendous hassle for me, and because I really thought the company was trustworthy. Take care when hiring them!
