Jake was so awesome. His professionalism and communication skills superb. First a repair became a new A/C unit replacement. So pleased with timeliness and courteous towards my renters. I even signed up for the maintenance program.

They installed heat pump, a couple of new vents, a hot water heater, and néw AC unit. Everything went flawlessly, everyone from this company is pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. I have never written a review before, but, I depend on customer reviews for advice, so, I hope this helps. This company put our 2 year HVAC nightmare left to us by a **general contractor** to rest. We had to replace a new HVAC system (that we already paid for) with a general contractor that would never do the job (so did the other 8-10 HVAC Contractors told us also) **Let us save you time and money!** This company, from the office staff and workers all the way up to the owner, are all straightforward and a pleasure to work with. They say what needs to be done and give a fair price and then they actually do what they say they would! After meeting with 8 or 10 HVAC companies over a two year period, we are finally taken care of! I would say save yourself some time and recommend that you call this company. I had two complete a/c systems installed. Each team of technicians was top notch. They were extremely professional and did beautiful clean work. They treated my home as if it was there own and kept be informed throughout the week. The job site was also cleaned everyday at the end of the day. We just went through a very hot and humid summer and our home has never been more comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted one quote to compare to my regular HVAC company because a friend I referred him to told me his prices were very high and way out of line so he didn't hire him. Chris Pileiro came from Ocean City to Sea Isle the next day and I had a quote in 24 hrs. He was much less expensive for the identical equipment (a new Trane A/C system) with all new lines run under my home. His team was very professional. They installed it in four hours and cleaned up completely. It works great and I now have an excellent new HVAC company thanks to Home Advisor for the lead.

These guys are great! Recommended by our condo property manager. Very fast response, diagnosis, and install. This was a through-wall HVAC, masonry construction building in OCNJ. They installed a high-quality/efficiency model and appropriate for coastal application (harsh environment). 2-day turnaround VERY helpful b/c we had tenants arriving that weekend. Pileiro's may be a smaller/younger operation, but they delivered high-quality products/services right on time! Highly recommended.
