Jim Hunter contacted us through a flyer he left in our mailbox. As timing had it, we allowed him to give us an estimate to do some work. He seemed like an honest, likeable guy. They did about half of the work and then refused to call us back or show up. It was a two day job and they asked for an advance on the first day. Mistakenly, we gave them the advance and they never did any work after that. He is a thief.
