Suburban Auto Radio

After hearing positive customer reviews from other websites on Suburban Auto Radio, I had called to get a quotation for a replacement car alarm system. After some discussion with the representative on the phone concerning the features of the system and the price, I decided to make an appointment to have the work done. I had dropped my car off at the shop the night before, and the work was done in one day as promised. I felt very comfortable with the Suburban Auto Radio employees both on the phone and when I went to pick up my car. One of the employees took the time to show me how the system functioned and make sure all my questions were answered, without any prompting on my part. When it came time to pay for the system, I found out that the price was actually less than what was quoted on the phone because one of the parts that they thought they would need was not used. I felt the price was very reasonable, even based on the initial quotation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would have no hesitation about using Suburban Auto Radio in the future.

They are great and have been around for at least 40 years. I did not buy the stereo from them; I bought it from another company including the installation. However, it was defected, but Suburban replaced it promptly and efficiently; it has been perfect ever since. They are excellent for foreign car service especially BMW's or upper end and regular.

Suburban is great! I talked with Doug and he didn't try to sell me anything. He answered my questions and gave me recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and he gives it to you straight. Also, he did not have the set of speakers he billed me for, so he apologized and upgraded my speakers for no extra charge. The guys at Suburban did a great job. While the work was a bit on the expensive side for what I got, it was done right the first time and it sounds (and looks) incredible! I have LOVED my new audio system. Quality is top notch and I will definitely use them again!
