Horrible. The Silva's did not follow the engineering plan on 1633 S. Broad Street and caused severe damage to the home of 1631 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA

Mr Silva doesn't speak much english so arrangements are made through Sergio. The work was done quickly and professionally but it took a while get them started. They said they'd start one day but didn't actually start until a few days later.
