ZENO HOME REMODELING

Zeno was originally recommended to us by our friends in town, who used him for their home renovation a few years ago.  My wife and I were able to secure financing to renovate our kitchen and basement, so we started seeking out someone to do the work.  We had a few contractors come out to quote us for the work, and the guys we met with were either way overpriced, or very shady.  We had Zeno come in for a walk through, and I could tell right away that he was on point with doing everything by code.  That's great because we didn't want anyone taking any shortcuts, as this will be our home for many years to come.  A week later, he e-mailed us his quote, and I hired him on the spot.  His quote was unbeatable, lower than anyone else we met with. 
They started the work shortly after, and they completed the demolition in just one day.  They kept the house very clean, and they were mindful of the fact that we had children in the house, so they tried to keep the noise down as best as they could.  Zeno was very up front about any issues that were uncovered, and presented a few different solutions for us to choose from, knowing that we were budget conscience.
The team that works for him are a great group of guys, and my wife and I felt very comfortable around them.  They are all very friendly, and trust worthy individuals.  The electricians he uses are also very friendly, and by the book.  We had no issues whatsoever passing our initial and final inspections.  Same with his plumbers.
Zeno has many friends in the home building industry, and is able to recommend vendors for tiles, doors and windows, cabinets, counter tops, etc. 
Overall the quality of their work was outstanding.  I used to work in construction a long time back, so I was going over everything they did with a fine tooth comb.  I was particularly impressed with the finishings on the moldings.  They left no gaps, and everything was blended and smoothed out properly.  We are very happy with the way our kitchen and basement turned out.  We hired him again to do a few more things in the house such as installing crown moldings in other rooms, polishing our foyer floor, etc.  We are definitely going to hire him again next year to replace our siding, and stonework, in addition to a few other home projects.

Zeno is my contractor for last 10 years,
and I never found anyone more competent and honest in this business. Well, I am so satisfied with their services that I am not looking for anyone else.
Over the years this company put the new hardwood floors on the ground level of my home, refinished hardwood floors on the second level, remodeled one bathroom, converted another room to a bathroom, converted two small rooms to one bigger room, installed thermal  insulation in my basement, replaced interior doors, fixed my plumbing, and probably more I do not remember now.
The last job was a repair of two bathrooms. The Jacuzzi in one bathroom developed very serious leak, and flooded another
bathroom located directly underneath the first one.
Zeno replaced the bathtub, fixed the damage, and now the bathrooms look better than ever before.
There were some small delays caused by unavailability of exact dimension tub, etc., but overall we are very happy.
The owner is highly skilled professional, his workers and subcontractors are very knowledgeable and efficient.
His company and his workers carry high limits insurance policies, which gives a homeowner extra assurance, that if anything goes wrong - accidents happen - one is not liable.
Cleaning after work has been always impeccable, if any corrections were needed Zeno always was ready to come over and perform them. 
Overall, I am very happy with Zeno, to the point that I was hesitant to write this, since they are quite busy most of the time,
and that means if I need them and more people know about them I might have to wait longer for their help.
But seriously, they are rare breed of professionals and I cannot recommend them enough.
