Received estimate in April 2013. Began job in July 2013. Owner did some of the work. He sent other workers who did lousy job of hanging closet doors. In fact one of the doors that they hung had a major nick in it. Owner comes and "patches" the nick and said that it was fixed. Fixed? I contracted for new doors. He refused to replace the door. Owner would say he was coming to door work and would not give a time. So would wait all day and he wouldn't show and would not answer phone. Work finally complete but not to our satisfaction. Will never utilize his services or recommend to anyone.

"Not every customer will be completely happy. Job start was delayed to work in his sons house at his request. Took 7 calls to set up first appointment, wife and husband do not communicate well. My fault for having verbal contract for 2 added doors. They both loved the previous 11 doors that were hung."
